It usually isn't very busy, but if it is, they do a great job of getting you through quickly. The inside is clean and well taken care. My favorite thing about this location is the drive up ATM. It is quick and easy to get to. Out of the way of all the other people at the bank so you don't have to maneuver around pedestrians and cars. It is usually free or only one person in line. It is much faster then parking and getting out and going inside or to the ATM out front. This is my favorite Chase location around the Hemet/SJ area.

The drive-thru ATM is awful. It's in a super tight spot and very dangerous as the parking lot is already very tight with limited space. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru. I would just do the outdoor ATM or go in.

I didn't have to wait in a long line or waste time This Chase Bank is one of the originals in the valley and is honestly one of the nicest buildings in Hemet. I'm a sucker for red brick structures, it's got a classic vibe. Sometimes I step out of my car and use the regular ATM, however I don't do that as much now as I usually have to wait in line. The staff are pretty good inside and there's always a security guard which is helpful given the area.

Wow what a dumpster fire it is to deal with them in person. The small business accounts are treated like lepers when all we want to do is put money in our accounts (that B of A lends to everyone for exorbitant interest rates). Walking up to the "merchant" window with a bundle of checks (deposit slips filled out) all other customers are taken first. From the guy depositing $400.00 in unrolled pennies, to the other guy who has a negative balance arguing to get some cash out, and all other forms of headaches clogging the lines up. I've had B of A for 30+ years, if I didn't have so many accounts through them and all my electronic banking I would have left years ago. They then sent a email saying a hold would be placed which is fine. I go to go visit my child in the nicu and my card declines for gas when I had money in there not including the funds for the check they are holding. I call and they tell me my account is under review because I deposited a payroll check. So I ask why is all of my funds being held and they give me no explanation.
