My grandmother knows very little English and luckily for us she was bilingual in Spanish! She was very helpful, patient and walked us through my Grandma's transaction. Also, the manager was nice she greeted us in and welcomed us. The bank is very spacious with several comfy chairs and a large couch. There's security outside which makes me feel a bit safer. The drive-thru ATM is awful. It's in a super tight spot and very dangerous as the parking lot is already very tight with limited space. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru. I would just do the outdoor ATM or go in.

Rather, I pulled up rolled my window down and simply inserted my card without exerting myself lol. I also love that the ATM is shaded so I can clearly see every feature. I stopped by in the late afternoon and quickly conducted my business. I didn't have to wait in a long line or waste time This Chase Bank is one of the originals in the valley and is honestly one of the nicest buildings in Hemet. I'm a sucker for red brick structures, it's got a classic vibe. Sometimes I step out of my car and use the regular ATM, however I don't do that as much now as I usually have to wait in line. The staff are pretty good inside and there's always a security guard which is helpful given the area.

I felt I was interrupting their day by setting foot in their building.

Wow what a dumpster fire it is to deal with them in person. From lost checks (deposits at the…read moreteller window), to not being able to call and speak with anyone at the branch when you need have them locate the lost checks, and then the occasional rude teller on top of it. The small business accounts are treated like lepers when all we want to do is put money in our accounts (that B of A lends to everyone for exorbitant interest rates). Walking up to the "merchant" window with a bundle of checks (deposit slips filled out) all other customers are taken first. From the guy depositing $400.00 in unrolled pennies, to the other guy who has a negative balance arguing to get some cash out, and all other forms of headaches clogging the lines up. I've had B of A for 30+ years, if I didn't have so many accounts through them and all my electronic banking I would have left years ago. As I write this I think I'll head over to U.S. Bank and ask how they treat their customers! Good luck going in here and getting mediocre service.

The manager is trude and condescending. they lack accountability to their clear incompetents and got upset with me for being upset with their service. they literally proved everything i have ever heard about them and im so glad it happened because i almost opened up an account there.
