CHEERY STAFF w/ GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The young lady at the teller booth was super friendly with my grandmother. My grandmother knows very little English and luckily for us she was bilingual in Spanish! She was very helpful, patient and walked us through my Grandma's transaction. Also, the manager was nice she greeted us in and welcomed us. The bank is very spacious with several comfy chairs and a large couch. There's security outside which makes me feel a bit safer. The drive-thru ATM is awful. It's in a super tight spot and very dangerous as the parking lot is already very tight with limited space. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru. I would just do the outdoor ATM or go in. read more

Chase locked my account due to NO fault of my Own! I went in to attempt to get it fixed and the teller Manny was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and was giving me an attitude, I'm already frustrated this bank locked My account and didn't notify me About ANYTHING just waited for me To figure it out on my own. Now they are making it 10x harder to get it fixed! I just want my Damn money released to me and for y'all to not play games and NOT give me an ATTITUDE AND TREAT ME POORLY! I've had my account over a year and have NEVER had any issues till now! As soon as this is resolved I'm taking my money and going to a different bank! read more

This bank does not want to assist you. They make you wait for over an hour and tell you at the end they tell you they can't help you. Jose made us check in but said oh we can't help anymore. I was here since 12:30 and they close at 2:00pm it took him over an hour to say sorry can't help you. Like what I came here is to add someone to my account but yet all the works are on the phone (person cell phone) or making jokes. An hour for Jose to say oh we can't do nothing anymore. Probably one of the worst at Customer Service at a bank I've ever experienced. I definitely won't be banking with Chase.

Since I moving out here in July 2021 I've been coming to this bank. I've always had good experiences. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Even the security guard is super nice. Definitely recommend coming here. The parking lot and drive through can be a little hectic at time. It all depends on what time of the month your planning on coming inn. read more

I am not happy with this bank.. I went in to cash 04/24/18 check that was issued to me and they would not cash it cause it was a large amount they asked me to open a account with I tried to do and the system when down. This morning I go back to open the account they tell me they only have one person working to open new accounts and they will not be available till This afternoon.. what kind of stuff is this.. read more

This branch is in a convenient location, near by all major markets so it is great for when I run my errands. The staff is very nice. It usually isn't very busy, but if it is, they do a great job of getting you through quickly. The inside is clean and well taken care. My favorite thing about this location is the drive up ATM. It is quick and easy to get to. Out of the way of all the other people at the bank so you don't have to maneuver around pedestrians and cars. It is usually free or only one person in line. It is much faster then parking and getting out and going inside or to the ATM out front. This is my favorite Chase location around the Hemet/SJ area. read more

Gave it a single star rating because that was the lowest rating allowed. Customer service is officially dead. Now we get to look forward to long lines, one teller window, and ATM machines that are always down. The new concept does not work! Many customers have transactions that can not be completed at an ATM. With one or two tellers working, expect long lines and wait times. I thought I had one of the only ATM card that did not work, but having spoke to other customers I found it to be a network wide issue. I know they treat us this way because they know how hard it is to change banking relationships. That said, I have begun searching for a better customer service oriented institution. I know they exist, just look at all the great credit unions out there. I look forward to the day this bank and all of the branches are swallowed up by a competitor. Or better yet a sink hole straight to the depths of HELL!! read more

I presented to her a complicated situation involving opening a trust account, and she went above and beyond to assist my grandma and I. She was so kind, professional, and all around amazing. Line out the door and manager is more concerned where people are standing than helping out the only 2 tellers. Annoyingly slow.

Used to be an OK bank. They got rid of the human tellers and replaced them with ATM's that eat your checks and makes all kinds of problems for you. Will be changing banks when I get this straightened out. read more
