He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could come the very next day. I sent him photos and a detailed explanation of my repair situation, and he called me on the phone and talked to me about what would be required to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he contacted me by both phone and text to give me a considerate heads up as to his exact time of arrival. While in my home, he did a deliberate, thorough job both to maximize the sturdiness of the adhesion of the sink to the countertop and to lessen as much as possible the amount of our exposure to the smelly glue necessary for repairing the sink. His diligence, competence, concern for our health, and full disclosure of every step of the procedure was an amazing degree of customer service I've never received from any service person before. My sink looks great, and I thoroughly recommend Ryan for any repair job of this nature that you might need.
