We chat the whole time and it helps get my mind off the pain. She is super professional and puts some healing oil on at the end which I appreciate. The place itself is super clean and very aesthetic. According to the door sticker, the main building's official hours are until around 5 I believe. I was confused since my appointment was at 7 and the main door was locked. If you're stuck in this situation too, just try opening one of the side doors with an arrow sticker. Besides that, I really enjoyed my experience with her. She was really quick, thorough, and gentle. The space was clean and well-decorated. She does require a $15 deposit but that fee applies to your total payment. I highly recommend her if you ever need a wax!
