The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

His workers complained, took smoke breaks, and were way too hasty and careless with my belongings. They damaged my property not once, but twice. I had to pay in full before the insurance claim was put through, which should have been my first red flag. Their insurance denied the claims, so my furniture was taken to a third party. The furniture was repaired beautifully, but bringing the items back, one item was damaged again. Putting ithe drawers back into a chest, a track was broken. I requested a third party to come repair the track, as I no longer trust this company with any of my belongings. Johnny currently has not gotten back to be regarding ordering new tracks. When asked, Johnny was upset that I left a negative review, and the lack of professionalism is exhibited via text message shown. This was after my furniture was damaged for the second time, and the track of a drawer broken.
