The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

Used them in the past because of the expert service and customer responsiveness and I never had a problem. Now with Saxton managing the office he will send a one-person crew to your house. If he does, don't leave any room unattended. The man who came didn't remove spots, damaged an expensive baseboard to the bed. There was also property missing from the bedroom. He also had issues running 2 credit cards, which should have been another red flag. When addressing it with Saxton he was dismissive and protective of his staff and non-responsive to the needs of the customer. Before the service tech left he said to stay off the carpeting for 24 hours. Since I had great service in the past I relied on that and didn't notice until late in the evening all of these flaws. No one else was on the 2nd floor and in the house and all steps were re-traced and the conclusion is that the property was missing. So if you want property missing, a below average cleaning and issues with management then take this location out for a test drive. You will be disappointed. I was an advocate of Stanley Steemer for 2 years because of the previous techs, but with what happened in July, they wont be back or trusted in the home again.

The owner is really attentive and professional and even comes out to do the first job personally. I requested a deep cleaning (walls, floors, fridge, stove, closets) because my apartment was previously neglected by the tenant and property manager prior to me moving in and I felt it needed to be disinfected and sanitized. I had also lived in it for 1.5 months and had 4 dogs so I needed my carpets cleaned. I believe the job took 4 hours to complete, but it was really at its worst. My normal cleanings take 2 hours without all the extras. They did an excellent job! Everything was as requested or better! The carpet smelled amazing and looked new! They're quick, pay attention to detail and very hardworking! And I'm a veteran, so I was given a military discount. Which I appreciate because a lot of establishments/businesses in PA don't offer that discount for those who have sacrificed for the freedoms of others. As long as I'm in PA, I'm using this company. All around great people!
