I would not recommend Jeremiah's Car Star due to the poor customer service I experienced. Throughout the repair process, communication was frustrating. When I called with questions Stephanie seemed irritated that I was asking for clarification and was very short with me. I was simply trying to understand the process. I also had an unpleasant interaction with Amber at the front desk, who came across as rude and dismissive. When I later visited the shop and asked to speak with the owner about my concerns, I was told I could not speak with him because he was busy. When I attempted to explain the issues I had experienced, Stephanie became defensive and eventually walked away from the conversation without addressing my concerns. I understand that body shops are busy and stressful environments, but customers deserve to be treated with respect when asking reasonable questions about their vehicle and insurance claim. The quality of the repair may be fine, but the customer service I received was disappointing enough that I would not choose this shop again. read more

CARSTAR Jeremiah's Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

See all

They are major MAGA. TWO HUGE TRUMP COFFEE TABLE BOOKS. Grosses me out entirely. They have good reviews but when I walked in their waiting room I immediately knew... NOPE. The lady that did my estimate was nice enough. But I'm not doing thousands of dollars worth of business with Trump zombies. read more

HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO AND USE THEM. Wonderful customer service and the competition is ugly and disrespectful. This company deserves your business! read more

Jeremiah's CarStar delivered as promised! After getting other estimate, Jeremiah's was very competitive. They scheduled me for the following week getting me in on Tuesday and out by Saturday morning. The final bill was exactly as quoted. The technician even discovered a minor issue from a prior accident with the previous owner and fixed it at no additional charge. The professionalism is top-notch with the added benefit of utmost courtesy. read more

CARSTAR Jeremiah's Collision - Back to 100%. Thanks Jeremiah! - Body Shops Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The body work that Jeremiah's Carstar did on my 1994 Lexus ES300, just blew us away! It looked new again. They really exceeded our expectations. After my accident, the hood was crumpled and the front of the car on the passenger side was damaged with the right headlight flopping around. I'm so pleased with their work and customer service, that I'm recommending them to anyone that needs body work done. I'm also including a photo of my new looking 25 year old car. read more

CARSTAR Jeremiah's Collision - My car looks new again after Jeremiah finished with it! They far exceeded my expectations. - Body Shops Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I don't even know where to begin..... I was involved in a hit and run accident. It was a very stressful and annoying situation but the staff at Jeremiah's CARSTAR did everything they could possibly do to make this process easy for me. They exceeded my expectations! They arranged my rental for me and got my car fixed faster than they even anticipated. Not to mention that my car looks amazing! And not only did they do a great job but they gave me my car back cleaner than I left to them! It was spotless inside and out, not even a spec of dust. I can't say enough good things and if I ever find myself in a similar situation, I know who I'll be taking my car too! read more

Jeremiah was the nicest guy ever. I called him about installing something on my car and he got me in the same day. Everyone at the shop was friendly and had a great atmosphere inside with a comforting lobby. Jeremiah spent maybe 10 minutes working on my car and he did a great job! Will definitely be coming back if I have any troubles and will be recommending this shop to others! read more

Fantastic work and great customer service! Jeremiah gave me additional insurance related info when getting an estimate that no other body shop thought to mention. He even offered to guide me through the insurance process to keep them from low-balling me on the repair cost. After getting estimates from maybe 6 shops, these guys seemed just a little more engaged and/or honest than the others--for a fair price. Throughout the entire process, I spoke with several employees who were all patient, professional, and kind. During the repair, I was sent several updates--with pictures--and the communication was excellent. Ice storms caused a short delay (delayed parts arrival, etc), but I was kept updated through texts, emails, and phone calls. My fender was damaged in a hit-and-run, but it now looks as good as new with perfectly blended paint too. Plus, the interior of my car came back cleaner than when I brought it in (the cupholders were even cleaned), with a plastic mat placed over my driver's side floor mat. Definitely my new go-to auto repair. read more

They are wonderful! Amazing customer service and fantastic work! Jeremiah's Carstar went above and beyond to repair my Yukon, and it was also detailed to perfection upon completion. They were reasonably priced and finished the repair within 4 days. They also text photos of progress daily, which is absolutely amazing! read more

Excellent service here - the staff is very friendly and helpful, and Jeremiah and his crew do great work. He keeps you up to date with the status of your car through email/text notifications that show pictures of the progress. They have gone above and beyond to help me get things straightened out after I've had to deal with a rather difficult experience from a car accident where their insured had less than great insurance. Definitely recommend! read more

Jeremiah was as helpful as can be and always kept me updated on the status of my car. My driver side door was hit and wouldn't even open. Jeremiah and his team had the door replaced, repainted, and put back together in a timely manner. I can't even tell that it is a new door. I highly recommend Jeremiah's for your body collision repairs. read more

I had some work done in Wichita, KS at CARSTAR there. This was 3 years ago. Now, after moving to OKC, I noticed a screw missing. I made contact with this location and was advised to swing by. I did so, I was treated nicely and the screw issue was immediately addressed. I have to tell you, this kind of service and treatment is what customer service is about. I did indeed, relaxed and they took it from there. A huge thank you to the staff there. read more

Took my car to Jeremiah's based solely on reviews. I was not disappointed. The staff greets you with a friendly smile and gets right to business. Jeremiah went out and looked at my car and told me how long he thought it would take. I already had an estimate from another company. I was comfortable leaving my car at Jeremiah's and felt confident it would be completed within the estimated time frame. Well, it was completed early and the work is flawless. Picked my car up today ... Stephanie remembered me from a few weeks ago which is always good customer relations. If you're reading this trying to decide where to take your car...please visit Jeremiah's...you'll see why his ratings are high. read more

I had a good experience here. It was the cheapest of the three places that I priced and the repair was done well. Also, when I got the car back it had been detailed inside and out. I appreciated that touch. I would recommend this place. read more

Absolutely wonderful service. I can not recommend them enough! Kept me up to date on their process, no hiccups whatsoever. Got my car back and there was a small squeaking that was coming from my trunk where they had fixed it, I took it in and they fixed it at no charge. Great owner and helpful staff! read more

Amazing staff!!! My Honda cross tour was ready on the date stated when I dropped it off. I'm pretty sure it looked better than when I bought it. The one minor part that they are waiting on, they are gonna drive to me to put it on. They even sent me pictures of the progress they were making on my car without me asking. Highly recommended!!! read more
