This was my first time here for a terrible ankle sprain. There was an annoying discrepancy with my…read moreinsurance, but that did not take away from my experience at Park North. The physical therapist, PAPE, was absolutely amazing. He gives quality outstanding service his clients. He is professional, compassionate, patient, Top tier customer service skills, Knowledgeable and passionate about his profession but still eager and open minded to learn more. I was having difficulty with an AOS brace my doctor recommended and he admitted he was not familiar with the brace, but he didn't give up on helping me until he figured it out and then explained it to me. I'm really sad I cannot continue working with him at Park North. This is the 2nd time in my life I've done physical therapy, and this experience left a long lasting impression on me. My first experience was nothing compared to what I've learned from Pape in a brief period of time. The world needs more people like Pape. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Park North Physical Therapy! I came to Dr. Pape Diagne with severe back and…read moresciatic pain from an injury. It was so bad that I wasn't sure I'd ever be pain free without surgery, but after 8 weeks of working with Pape I am able to do everything I could do before the injury. I must add that PT only works if you put the work in. Pape gave me the tools to get better, and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to Pape and all the Park North staff!

I have been seeing Jon Doyle at Spear for two months and I'm very happy there. The facility is…read moreclean, neat and cheery, and everyone is respectful and friendly. I have been making a lot of progress with recovery from my injury and I am sure that's because of Jon's guidance. He's very careful to always check in with me and make sure that I'm working hard enough, but not too hard, and that nothing ever hurts. It's a big open space, staffed by about 2-4 therapists at a time plus 1-4 assistants and students (plus client care staff at the front). Intake appointments are never double-booked, so you've got your therapist's full attention. After that, it seems that patients are scheduled about 1-2 per PT every half hour, for each hour-long session. I have not found it to be a problem to have Jon working with me and other patients at the same time. He always starts a session by talking with me and giving me his full attention. Often when I am doing an exercise that I already know and feel comfortable with, he will step away to work with another patient for a few minutes. Sometimes he'll spend the first 30 min of my appointment with me, then give a list of exercises to one of the assistants and have them walk me through them. But when I need his help, he's always there. At the end of a session, they always offer ice or heat to cool down and rest. Maybe it's the endorphins from having just worked my body, or maybe it's the healing vibes in the air, but I always get a warm fuzzy feeling watching everyone else in the room. Everyone is either working to become stronger, or helping others heal their bodies. It's a beautiful thing.

The therapists here are good (the only reason it's two stars), but the way they schedule is…read moreridiculous. The therapists have little time with you because they're bouncing back and forth between patients and that is when they HAVEN'T double-booked (which they call "accommodation" as though they asked you if it was alright to do).
