My wife and I purchased a home "flip" from What's Next Remodeling in the Summer of 2018. Rene Fournet hid many defects from our home inspector forcing us to spend over $100,000 in repairs within the first 90 days. The entire home flooded the VERY FIRST DAY we moved in ! Roof leaked during the very first heavy rain storm. PERMITS WERE NOT PULLED FOR ANY WORK PERFORMED ! Lighting fixtures that would do nothing Kitchen cabinets doors that would not close Lack of a front door threshold Windows that would not shut Roof exhaust fan was not screwed to base MAJOR CRACK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE LIVING ROOM CEILING Rene Fournet offered us a six-month "Home Warranty" with no paperwork detailing exactly what was covered. If you're looking to do a remodel, I'd highly recommend you having Alan and his team at "What's Next" do your work. I had floors replaced, paint work done, can lights installed, ceiling fan, doors replace, and stain work on the fence and house. Alan was always onsite managing/ monitoring the work of his team. The final results were outstanding. Every call/text before, during and after was always answered timely. Any change request along the way was done without issue. For the quality of work the cost was fair. There was never frustration along the way. I'll always use What's Next going forward for my remodel updates. The results speak for themselves. Rene came to my house to look at a job done by another contractor. The job was poorly done. It was obvious that he knew the previous contractor for the job because he knew whether it was a male or a female. He defended the work of the previous contractor and said I should just live with the results. It was very dishonest of him not to reveal his knowledge of the previous contractor and to give a dishonest apprasial of their work. I would not hire this company because they aren't trustworthy. read more

Emailed this company for a free estimate for a vanity demo, replacement along with kitchen countertops. I spoke with Alan. We agreed on 5p although he said....yes, it is late but I live in The Colony too. Don't you think someone could be on time Living in the small area we do?? Uh, no. He walks in, I could tell he was a little full of himself it seemed. He even admitted to me that he was arrogant. He also was criticizing the former contractors that I used to redo my bathroom etc. Of course he will come back and say....oh, I only responded and gave my thoughts when you asked my opinion. That is not true! He was looking at things and randomly criticizing the other contractors work. I also think its funny that when I wrote this same review on two other sites and mentioned that he never sent me an estimate, he responds to my review saying....oh, I was going to send your estimate today. I was thinking....oh, okay....now you were going to send my estimate the day I wrote the review....how convenient! Lol...Jesus. I think he spent more of his oxygen on critiquing then actually covering what I wanted him there for. Never the less, I emailed him so he could give me an estimate. I never received one....go figure! I must have hurt his ego when I pretty much emailed him and said that I am sure other companies have probably criticized his company's work too! We recently had three bathrooms upgraded. How lucky we were to find What's Next Remodeling. Allen and Rene were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, ethical, and very patient with me from quote to job completion. This was my first experience with a major renovation project and I was a little nervous to say the least. We selected What's Next Remodeling from several quotes. They stood out right away because the quote was presented line by line, included averages for items we needed to purchase, was fairly priced; and they project managed the entire job. Frankly, theirs was the only quote that was straight forward, with no hidden costs. We knew we had made the right choice when they started work on the first bath. They kept the work area remarkably clean and protected our home throughout the project. The workers were always on time; professional and courteous; and the quality of work was excellent from demolition to the final touch-ups. My husband is an amputee and Allen took the time and care to work with him to understand his special requirements. He did such a good job, my husband no longer has to use his medical chair because Allen designed the shower to meet his needs. We are beyond happy with our beautiful new bathrooms. I highly recommend What's Next Remodeling. I won't bother getting quotes from anywhere else for future projects because I've found the best.
