Robin is a gifted photographer that cares about the quality of each shot and it is easy to see why they are so popular. Horrible company. I usually do not leave reviews but they are the worst. First of all, they had no idea how to take a good photo so I had to rescheudle them to come back out. It took 1 whole week for them to come back out and get my photos back to me! On top of that, they charged me additional monies! Then they sent me a link to open my photos on a device where I have no idea where they sent them and I can not find my files now. I reached out to them to please send me a link to my email (since the only emails I had from them were invoices) but of course, they did not respond. I would NOT recommend this company. I gave them multiple chances to atleast show me some sort of good customer service but they obviously did not think it was worth it to them. read more
