I said I'd wait as I would like to test it myself. When I got home and looked under the hood of my car the Valvoline employee had messed up my battery cover plate and did not place it back in position but somehow jammed it up under the engine cover making it difficult to retrieve. Was this on purpose because I refused the battery replacement? So frustrating to have to deal with complete and total incompetency while paying high prices for what should be a quick and simple oil change. I had my brakes replaced elsewhere on 2/21/26. The mechanic showed me my old brakes and the new brakes. The old brakes looked barely worn. The brakes that I replaced measured at 15.875mm. So either CBA lied about inspecting my brakes at all, and just recommended being replaced due to mileage; or they tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman.
