I like that he not only works with the dogs but also with the owners because I didn't even realize I was contributing to some of the issues with one of my dogs. I do want to point out, Not all dog trainers are the same. we took our young German shepherd somewhere else and they scared him/spooked him with us in the room. Heck they scared me too. We left and booked our appointment with Sean like we should have to begin with. Sean worked with that same dog, a male German shepherd that was extremely anxious on walks. We are continuing to follow Sean's advice to calm him but I think it's going to take some time as he has separation anxiety. We know to work with Sean and highly recommend him.

I'm giving two stars not because we don't love our pigs, but because if you're looking for "pixie…read morepigs" they're it for a few months and that is it. They will be more than 100 lbs fully grown. We've gotten two from this breeder and they're both well over 100 lbs. We feed them the recommended diet for mini pigs and give mini pig food. The first pig I got just died yesterday and he was only 2.5 years old. I don't believe they will live the expected 12-18 years due to the way they're bred. He just died, no symptoms, we just found him dead. I feel like it was probably a heart condition. Mini pigs that stay small don't exist, anywhere, from this breeder or anyone else. They're babies when people get them and then they grow up. I knew that going into it, but didn't expect mine to die so young.

We were working with another trainer who recommended we rehome or put her down because we have young kids. I called our vet who recommended the bad pup club, and they were fantastic. We did 6 private sessions over the course of a few months, and every single time, I left with new strategies to try and ways to work with our dog. She went from not being able to be near another dog without losing her mind to being able to walk beside one without a care in the world. She responds to her place command from anywhere in the house, no matter how worked up she is, and I feel totally confident in our bond and have so many strategies to make sure everyone in our home is safe. Online setup was for one dog and I called ahead to say I actually have 2 dogs, 2 small Maltese mix dogs both under 10lbs and Roxanne told me it was fine and schedule both my dogs for an 11am appointment. Everyone was so friendly and nice. My dogs groomer was Marissa and OMG she did better then what I expected. She did such an amazing job they both came out looking so good, they definitely have my business because I couldn't believe how they both came out, she did such an amazing, great job. The little one had never had a professional grooming and she felt comfortable enough to give kisses right off the bat and all through the appointment I'm told. LOL! Her big sister did well too, and she's a toughy. Since my MIL was an AKC show-cut groomer, she was highly critical of the last shop that did my girl, Jax's sanitary cut. It was pretty obviously not what it should look like. That's why you get to see butt shots on the photos of how true professionals do it here at Pets R People 2. This is how it should look. They did a great job. Jax kept licking herself afterwards, so maybe she got a little razor burn or just enjoyed the soap residue, not sure. Overall, I'm only able to say that she is a dog and they do that. I gotta give them credit: they were a full house of furbabies and managed to get my two done in like 2.5 hours. I'm impressed and will definitely return. They still smell like blackberries from B&B! Their coats are super shiny!

He weighs about 90lbs and struggles with reactivity (excitement and pulling when he sees other dogs/people) and he did not consistently obey commands (especially "heel"). Elaine was patient, consistent, and very communicative. She took the time to ask us what issues we wanted to focus on, and then was able to come up with a highly effective training on the spot. She was able to get him to follow commands that even surprised us (including getting him to "place" onto a picnic table). And by the end of the session, we walked him around and had zero issues with pulling or reactivity, even when there were dogs and kids nearby. It was impressive to see so much progress in such a short time. Throughout the process, she explained everything she was doing, including the specific steps AND the purpose. She answered ALL of my questions with thoughtful and kind responses. And throughout the whole experience, she was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend her.

The day of the meet up she spent a hour with us and the dogs as group and individually. It was a nice for my wife and I to also get the refresher on commands and the things we need to be doing to help our dogs be the best they can be. Thank you Chantel for your time.
