Been a returning customer for several years, started with Groupon offers but you are better off booking directly with them, they either price match or sometimes are cheaper and that way they receive the full amount towards their business. Plenty of parking, not the most esthetic looking inside but you'll have your eyes closed anyway lol. sometimes it can be very noisy due to the restaurant next door. My second time here. They make you pay first before service. Force you to pay 2 person fee on the same credit card transaction. Forced us to go into a couples room when my friend and I asked for 2 rooms. Massage was decent. My lady was hard working. Sadly she didn't check on me at all about pressure but I think it was due to language barrier. She has a firm style which was fine for me. She was breathing pretty hard at the end. We sat down and waited, well we were early anyway. The sitting area is quite small which was more noticeable when more couples came later. The waterfall fixture gives a soothing prelude for the massage. When our room was ready, we were led by our massage therapists for the day. We laid face down on warm sheets and was covered with sheet. Let the massage begin! If you don't like a hard massage, say it and don't be shy. They do ask if it's too hard and don't underestimate their strength...you might feel like you've been on a brawl lol! It's a good hour of massage and relaxation and surprises if you're like us who did it the first time. Starts with working on your shoulders, back, and legs with the sheet on to the oil massage, and those hot stones which was hot but a delight to be used on your back. What companies need to understand is that tip is separate from the price for services. Do not get me wrong, I tip!! They don't ask where you would like your massage to be focused nor do they introduce themselves. They just walk into your room and do the massage no introductions very unsettling. The masseuse left me SEVEN times in order to play cashier and receptionist while being paid to take care of us. Prices are fair, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Massage therapists here vary from very good to not so great. What makes it a one star is the experience you have at the front desk. The lady who runs the place is just a very unhappy person. She will huff and puff if you hand her a credit card for payment. She will warn you about the $1 fee for using the card and get visibly upset if you accept the fee. She clearly wants cash. On more than one occasion I have scheduled myself for a massage in the evening after I get off work. Every single time, they must have been slow and wanted to go home because I got a call every time telling me to come earlier. When I say I will try my best, she again becomes upset. If you do not want to work so late, change your hours or do not agree to the evening appointment when I am scheduling. Tell me you cannot stay that late. I had been going there on a very regular basis to get (specifically) a foot massage. Even though I am paying full price for a body/foot combo massage, I want only my feet massaged. When I ask for this, feet only, the lady at the front desk again becomes upset. She tries to talk me out of it every time. I ask her why, if I am paying full price, should I not be massaged where I want? She argues and fights with me. This has happened on more than one occasion. Bottom line is, while you can get a decent foot massage here (they are not so great at the body massage), the constant negativity from the lady at the desk is just not worth the hassle. Finally today, I just walked out. I had an appointment for 630pm, wanted 90 minutes, that is what I scheduled. I got the usual call demanding I come earlier. I could not. When I arrived at 625 for my 630 appointment, she was upset. When I said I wanted 90 minutes of feet only, she told me no, only 60 minutes. I asked why, if I am paying for the 90 minutes, and she said because they want to go home. Mind you, they are supposed to close at 9pm, one hour after I would have finished my 90 minutes. I finally decided it was not worth fighting with this woman every time I came in and I just left. Maybe when they learn the first thing about customer service I can return. The massage beds were lower than typical ones, but it wasn't a problem at all. We started with the massage a few minutes late, but it still went a full 60 minutes!
