She then said she spent a long hour massaging me and she's tired and her arm hurts so the tip should be at least $10. I asked her to show me the sign or policy that demands such and she said "come on when you go to a restaurant the tip is at least 20%" I explained that's by customer's choice, not by force, and if she'd like an extra $10 then they should include it in their price.
