Thermostat was only a year old, but how can you prove it worked, you have to trust the technician especially when there's no air conditioning and you just want it running. While out checking the unit he noticed a corner bent and started telling her a stupid scenario of a dog rubbing up on the unit and peed all over it and to get it cleaned out it would be somewhere over $1,000. Come on, what lengths of lies you sales people go to. I told her to stay away from you guys and would recommend someone else. I would not recommend Anderson at all. It's hard to find honest heating and cooling technicians. Anderson is not one of them.

The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have. Their quote was also competitive. I'd definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs! P.S. if you're unable to reach them at their phone/office number, try messaging them via Yelp. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. Requested toilet replacement due to bad flange on existing toilet creating sewer smell in bathroom…read moreand, if needed, a drain clean out. Waited a week for an afternoon appointment. Morning of appointment, plumber calls to reschedule to that morning due to a personal appointment he had scheduled that afternoon. We scramble to accommodate but inform that due to reschedule there's no one to help carry the toilet up and light of stairs. Instant attitude. Plumber arrives with helper, is rude, condescending, asking why we want the toilet replaced, I list the services requested. He then denys there's drain clean out requested while waving his phone around telling me I'll have to reschedule. There's an obvious sewer smell in the bathroom, yet he can't smell anything. I tell him that was the purpose for his being there. He again denies it's on the service request so I tell him I'll call husband, he states he'll go get the toilet. I'd had my husband on the phone listening to all of this the whole time when plumber arrived and started being rude to me. Told husband I wasn't going to have someone in my home that I'm paying for a service, that is being so rude to me, that now don't trust to do this service. He agreed. I went to garage and cancelled service. He tells me I owe him $59. I tell him I'll call his office, he repeats I owe him $59. I tell him I'm not paying him a dime, I'll call his office and to leave. He says some choice words, I tell him good luck at his Drs appt. While closing garage door. Handy more choice words, I then tell him to get off my property or I'm calling the police. He leaves, I go inside. Husband's still on the phone and heard everything. He's outraged and called their office. Plumber told then owner I was nasty to him, was told that my husband heard everything because he was on the phone with me the whole time. Apologies were said and he asked if he could send someone else out, we've declined their service.
