I go to this place because they have daily drink specials, it's close to my house and the staff is pleasant. Otherwise, it's a dive.

We sat at the bar and the bartender is super attentive 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Thursday and it's not very busy The music is decent not too loud. There are a lot of TVs. We ordered Reuben combo with pastrami and corned beef with a side of macaroni and cheese and we also ordered a side of the cornbread casserole just because it's something unique and different to try. As for the sandwich we both enjoyed it although it's a little smoky Mac & cheese is okay. It definitely could use green onions on top to dress it And the cornbread casserole is a homemade cornbread that's soft with like a kind of cream filling and loaded with corn it was my least favorite We also ordered a couple old-fashioned. I don't like that they have the little ice cubes, butdrinks are tasty.

Ambiance, food, drinks and service were all top notch! We sat under the massive old timey stained glass chandelier at the big community table. What a neat idea. I had the bison burger. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to a beautiful medium just as I requested. The coleslaw had a bit too much onion, but it was still good. My Mom had tots with the trio wrap. It was so deliciously smokey. And a "fall off the porch" drink that was just peachy and not too strong for her. But Beau was the shining star of our visit. He took time to go over the menu and make suggestions. And was very attentive to refill our waters and check in after we had our first few bites without hovering. I will definitely be back soon to try the wings!

I have seen multiple Local H shows in the past, but never at a venue this small. In addition, I had been wanting to see Letters From The Dead for a long time and finally had the chance! The intimate experience was truly amazing from the beginning all the way to the end of the show. This place is small and they bring in great music which makes it an awesome experience! Attending a show at the Looney Bin should be on everyone's bucket list! I'll be back next week to see Letters From The Dead perform again opening for J.R. Richards (original singer of Dishwalla)! Great live music, easy parking, cold beer, and great people! What more do you need?

We came out to see a friends band , we purchased the VIP seating , it was a nice area to get away from the general bar crowd while the band was playing , sound wasn't that good, I am not sure if they were having issues or if it always is this way , but you couldn't hear very well the singer from the Vip section . But you are up close and personal for sure !! They don't have the bbq menu anymore it's now a taco lady , and the tacos were good ! They had a assortment of items on the menu , wasn't pricey and portions were good size . Drinks were also reasonable and they seemed to have a variety of alcohol options The ceiling tiles are painted different themes and sayings , interesting again !! Parking is next to none ! You can park on the street but there isn't a ton of space . I literally didn't even see a parking lot . Overall it was a interesting experience and I would come out again if there was a band or event there I was interested in !! I mainly took a few videos which I can't seem to post here but the one pic I took is of the drummers set !

This is a brand new bar near the train station. It's hard to find, but trust me, don't go looking…read morefor it. It's tiny and still manages to be almost empty most of the time. The clientele is mostly older folks who keep to themselves - I can't even say locals. There appear to be a few regulars and one brought a large party. They then hogged karaoke on Friday night. Which is their prerogative, they stood in line and that's fine. But my experience was extremely underwhelming. I've been to much more positive places where people interact and there is room to sit, stand, and mingle. Here, you grab a table and try not to make eye contact with anyone else. It's depressing, THERE IS NO BEER ON TAP WHATSOEVER (this is a bar?! really?!), and cramped. Go walk or drive out of downtown if you have to, this is not the place you seek for fun.

This bar is known for its great karaoke, and is full of some of the best singers around! It's been an established bar for a long time, and the people there are very friendly to newcomers who want to have a good time. After 20 years of going pretty much nowhere else in town, I have come to be connected to the crowd, the owner, the whole Out on a Limb "Family". Hard not to when you like a place enough to spend your time there for 20 years.
