We were assigned the following team members: Jess for video, Eduardo for photos, DJ Ramon for DJ, Ryan for photobooth, Grace for desserts and Trixie for dessert cart decor. Jess and Eduardo made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had super fast turnaround times for both the sneak peeks and full album/video. DJ Ramon played the best songs (+ song requests) and the dance floor was lit ALLL night. Ryan and Trixie kept the balls rolling for the photobooth and dessert cart, respectively, and extra shout out to Trixie as the decor for the dessert and backdrop were the CUTEST! It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

Only my first time here I was thinking the rope was there because maybe someone was waiting for their pictures because the pitchers do take about 2-3 minutes to print out. And not knowing that it was out of service because there were no signs and the GREEN LIGHT was ON. we paid for our pictures and continue to navigate around to other booths to my surprise, a lady came out with a very rude attitude. Yelling at customers saying " WHO TOOK THE ROPE OFF OF HERE!" Her name was (Vionia from chile) she was so disgustingly rude to us that i finally said " hey im sorry i did that I wasn't sure I seen the green light on" she looked at us in disgust. At this point, we were just waiting for a picture to come out of another booth to get ready to exit because we did not feel welcomed. Viona came out and gave us a card to compensate for the pictures that did not come out of the booth. We appreciated that took the card and continue to try and take more pictures... SHE CAME BACK OUT LITERALLY TWO MINUTES LATER, GAZING AT US WITH HATRED IN HER EYES AS WE STOOD AND WAITED FOR OTHERS TO FINISH WITH THE BOOTH THAT WE WANTED TO GO IN SHE LOOKED AT US AND SAID " we are closing soon. I hope they get friendly or people in that place because it is a bit confusing and with a whole bunch of others trying to take pictures at the same booth it can get a bit overwhelming, but I really do feel friendly or staff would be a great solution.

By the time I got there, it was a Saturday evening and there was a decent line formed outside. The wait wasn't too bad, I think I waited around 15 minutes. The inside is a bit small, so it can feel a bit cramped with the amount of people that are there. There are around 5 photobooths in the main room and another 2-3 in the back, so plenty of options for different backgrounds and styles which is nice that they have that variety. Each strip was priced around $7, so it can definitely add up. One of the photobooths I used didn't print out my photos, so the staff were kind enough to allow me another attempt free of charge. They also have the option of making your photos into a cute little key chain. If you're looking for a cute date activity or fun hangout with friends, I think this is a great experience! You get to see old photobooths and keep a physical memory of the experience.

Brian was so easy to work with. He had over 100+ templates to choose from, vertical & horizontal! We got to choose 2 different templates where the guests were able to choose which template they wanted. We got the packaged with unlimited takes and he even did 2 copies for us, so guests can leave one in our photo guestbook. He had a large box of props too! He photobooth printed fast and had no glitches. He setup on time and made the guests feel very comfortable.
