He was responsive with his communication and adapted to changes from the venue. Shawn had great photo quality and we really liked Shawn's background selections. Shawn worked with us on the final template for our photostrips. Everything was completely custom and included with the package. There were a few back and forths until we got it right. But Shawn was super easy to work with on all the revisions to the template. Shawn handled all the photobooth stuff during the wedding. It all just worked and the guests loved their photo strips. When I needed a last minute photobooth for our special event, Shawn was able to come through with last than 24 hours notice! He was extremely communicative and had contracts & proofs for printouts sent quickly. Their options are super economical compared to others in the Bay Area. We had one of the smallest packages and we had unlimited 2x3 printouts and an attendant the entire party. Setup was efficient and easy - he is clearly a professional and operates this business at a high standard. Our event was for a high school graduation event and he was so patient with our community of over 250 people. When we came to the end of the contractual hours and there was still a long line, he stayed for an extra hour to accommodate our group. (I don't share this to take advantage of his kindness, instead to share the compassionate that he leads his company with). The photos came out amazing! It wasn't grainy or overlit like other photobooths, these photos were quality of professional photographs. And I received the digital files the same night before I could even get home myself. I'm not quite sure how we stumbled upon Shawn and Photobom Bay Area but are so happy that we did! We reached out to Shawn a few months prior to our wedding...maybe 6 months. I was still doing research at the time and had a ton of questions for Shawn. Thankfully he was very patient and kind throughout. Communication was quick not only in the beginning but throughout. Honestly we just needed the emails at the beginning of the inquiry and very few at the end. Very easy! Stress free Our guests loved the photobooth; the images came out so nice, crisp, clean, and everyone looked so good. I had several ideas for the templates and we ended up doing something really plain and simple, which is exactly what I wanted but didn't know I wanted until working a few iterations with Shawn.
