We visited this lane on 4th of July afternoon. It was quiet with plenty of parking up front and other families bowling around us. Service was slow and unpleasant and the price was a bit high for just one hour rental for 3 people. $32 and change. But there were plenty of bowling balls available in our section, so we didn't have to go searching for any. The lanes were nice and once my husband figured out the system, it was easy to set up. Our son easily used guardrails on his turns and they went away for our turns. But what we really liked about this place was their game room. We bought a play card for $5 and our son played 5 games. The games were either updated or brand new, as we hadn't even seen a few before. He was earning tickets on the card as he played and the last game he played scored him 500 tickets! So, for $5 my 6 year old received a pretty nice prize from the shop that he'll remember for a long time and he had fun in the game room. :-) So, despite the undesirable service, unfriendly employees and overpriced bowling, we had a great time! Better experience than any of the bowling alleys in Miami, for sure. :-P read more

The management here is terrible! We waited about 40 minutes for a lane (no big deal..it was a Saturday night). But after being given a hard time over a request for a child's size ball for a girl in our group, we arrived at our lane that still had food and trash left all over from the previous bowlers. They sent someone over to "clean up". He grabbed the plates and the trash, but didn't wipe down the table or any seats. Overall crappy experience! read more

What's there to say. This place just barely scraped three stars. The laser tag was a small arena that can some how fit 24 players. The games were nice and it was sorta clean. The restrooms were nasty however. Rusted pipes, a broken sink drain. The games were fun, and the ticket prizes are decent. But some of the games were downright broken. Tried playing some B-ball against my dad, and it took his credit, but didn't let him play. I think they could've let go of some of the bowling alleys for some more space. Most of the games were cramped. They also need to cover up electrical outlets. My dad, my bro and I wanted to play the Halo: Fireteam Raven game. I have never felt compelled to leave a review anywhere but HeadPinz Naples, more specifically for one of the GM's there John Hough. We came at 10:02 and was told they couldn't do a full hour because they close at 11, so we did the 45 minutes game. During the game, the lane broke down multiple times and was having a lot of issue which slowed down game play by a good margin. So we ended up with a few beers left after bowling and we're sitting at the lane enjoy our time. While we sat one of our group members went over to the lane next and rolled some balls at the pins with the game off (we had no idea that was a big deal cause we've been there 10 plus times and have always done that, even seen employees do that as well). In comes Hough, who super aggressively says you break it you buy it, which confused us because we had no idea what was going on. After trying to get an explanation, Hough began to get annoyed that we were asking what we were doing wrong. At this point we had no idea he was an employee or even a manager because he wasn't wearing anything with the headpinz logo. After him being aggressive and rude I asked him for his name, which really set him off. He gave me his business card and the said if we don't leave he'll call the cops cause we are annoying him. Just super unprofessional and all around a rude guy. Especially with the amount of money we've spent here. We are all Naples locals who deal indirectly and directly with the service industry here in Naples. One group member even being a concierge at a very popular beach resort. If I could possibly rate any lower I would i arrived in the evening with my wife and daughter and my night was ruined by the poor service broken bowling lanes limited usable arcade games missing balls , lazy mechanic saw us struggling and didn't offer help . The bartender seems to be more interested in over serving alcohol to customers then worrying about the customers safety the whole situation got out of hand with drunk men coming on too us. We were looking forward to a nice fun family experience for Mother's Day. We were in for a surprise. From the moment we walked in I received incorrect information. We have not visited the bowling alley since the renovation arcade area is pretty sweet and so is dinning area. The bar is pretty small. During our visit only two bartenders were scheduled to take drink orders and food orders for the entire bowling hall. I spent 40 mins standing at the bar to order food for my family. There is no other area to food and servers were not scheduled at the time we went. By the time I was able to order food my family was already in frame 8. Try letting small children to not play and wait. I missed my children play cause of the horrible set up of staff and ordering accessibility. Not to mention finally able to sit with my family the computer screen will not stop beeping I reported it to the manager they informed me there is nothing they can do. I listen to beeping non stop in the hospital for work and the last thing I would want is the sound of being in the OR on my day off. Once food was ordered it took another 1 to get the food. Needless to say one thing after another and a relaxing fun day turned into frustration. read more

Arcade has limited games, many of which are dysfunctional, missing balls, etc. Top prizes include outdated and overpriced electronics (like a Series 1 Apple Watch for an absurd amount of tickets). If you are lucky enough to hit the jackpot on a game, it sometimes doesn't even award you tickets and instead displays a "Maximum Payout reached" message. WTF? read more

This place is absolutely garbage. We went on 7-22-18. Let me start by saying the only positive part of this interaction was checking in and renting our lane and getting shoes. We ended up getting the vip lane service. Which was a joke. Included with the vip is personal lane-side service a private vip section bar and being separated from the majority of the rest of the alley. So the vip bar was a joke. Keep in mind we only were there from 10:30-11:30. They ended up telling us the vip bar was closed after I had only got 2 beers after just getting there. The people that were next to us had small children that crowded the lanes and threw balls into our lane. The practice time they set on our lane ended up on the second throw so it threw off our entire game as our first bowlers first frame started with half the pins knocked down. So I walked back to the front counter to ask them to reset the game and they said it would be taken care of and we ended up finishing the game with this problem. The poor couple in the other lane next to us paid for a vip lane and the lane kept breaking down so they got moved to the non vip with half of their time already gone going back and forth to the counter to explain their problems. And the lane accuracy is off also. One of our bowlers knocked over all but one pin but the lane counted it as a strike anyway. Thanks to Lori Lehman for help in arranging a bowling event for a group of 29 people from our condo complex. We were happy with the arrangements and price. Alicia was great to get our group started especially with the high tech scoreboard. John was also very helpful to make our event successful. Went Sunday July 23, 2017, before going I called to see how late they were opened, the answer was 2am, we got there at 12:01 after driving 40 min-the guy at the desk says we can't get a lane because they close at 1:00 and they stop taking people at midnight! I find this hard to believe, we then went to Beacon bowl and played til 2:00am. Even the website on woodside bowl said they were open til 2:00. Bad service! read more

Terrible service! There was kids everywhere and explicit videos and music was playing. I enjoyed it as an adult but if my kids were there I would have been very upset. Women in thongs were on the TV screens in music videos. We reserved VIP lanes and it took an hour before we could even start bowling because the lane kept freezing and nobody would help us. We had to go tell them 3 times to please come help us. After an hour of frustration and still not being able to bowl I went back and told the guy again that everybody's attitude about not caring about our problem is innacceptable. We ordered a large pizza, a pitcher of soda and an order of fries it came to $34.00 which is insane. The guy running the food bar told us to only give him $25.00 which didn't make sense until I saw him pocket the money then everything came together. The people working here are thieves. We were there for 3 hours and they put our lane in between a party so there was dirty dishes all over the tables. 3 hours we were there and not one employee came to collect the dishes off the table. We had to move dishes on the floor and stack other people's dishes just so we could have room for the food we ordered. The girl working in the food bar charged my cousin 18$ for some macaroni bites and nachos with cheese, after waiting another hour for food what they brought out to her was NOT what she ordered then tried to give her a hard time about it. She wanted a refund and they were giving her an attitude and hard time. This whole place is a joke. Nothing like how it was back in the day!!! Very dissatisfied customer here! waste of money and time, they close th gift shop right when they see you're heading to it, then reopen it when you head away and the same pattern and the games are (obviously) rigged, in lazer tag, 5/6 shots, the guns don't work, just a scam overall. not to mention, the games pull you into playing again by lowering your score to want to play more and get more points. most of the games also cheat you from tickets. for example, if you earn 20k points, you get a max of 10-20 tickets. plus, when you go to calculate your tickets, it gets lowered each time you check, plus it just gets lowered. now moving onto how unsanitary this place is.. i'm not much of a germaphobe, but this place isn't cleaned. the tables have weird stains, crumbs, weird liquid spillings, ect. the worst part, there is toilet paper scattered on the floor all over. sometimes it has.. strange substance on it . moving onto the game quality.. half the time when you slide your card, it charges double and doesn't even let you play. Worst experience ever!!! I was at Woodside lanes tonight with my wife and 2 children we got our lane and began to order our drinks after waiting at the bar for 15 minutes why the bartender keeped walking by me I was finally givin my drinks wich were wrong, after we bowled for a while we decided to order food wings and pizza when the bartender brought the pizza to us it was the wrong pizza, when OUR pizza finally arrived It was undercooked and was raw on the underside after taking it back they put the pizza back in the and brought it to us. Thoroughly cooked it was pretty good ...but where were the wings I ordered? I approached the bartender asking about the wings in question she was lost and had no clue where they were I pointed at some wings sitting at the end of the bar dhe says o I guess those are them the wings were sitting on the bar for atleast 20 min needless to say they were cold by know im fed up and approach the counter and ask to speak to a manager.manager wasnt in so I spoke to the assistant manager and explain everything that was happening I also told him that I paid for 2 hours of bowling and I dont want to stay for another hour he shrugged his shoulders and said o well heres your money back for one hour.me and my family continued to there game room where my kids won tickets.as we were waiting to cash in our tickets (20 min) the assistant manager walked up and said "are you wating to close out your tab" I explained to him I never made a tab I paid in full everytime so he then says to me very rudly "so your going to skip out on a 100$ tab "we proceeded to the bar where the bartender told him we have no tab.me standing there expecting an apology all I got from the assitant manager was " ok now leave my building"not a sorry sir I apologize nothing very rude needless to say this was the worst service and custom. er courtesy ive ever experience I do not recommend going here to anyone I will definitely not be back,my buisness will be takin to beacon bowl me and my children were very disappointed... assistant manager- noah.
