I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism during my recent text communication with this barber. I made a reasonable request for a professional license number, which is standard information associated with licensed services. Instead of addressing the request or explaining any limitations in providing it, there was no response, which created discomfort and a lack of trust as a customer. Had there been a simple, respectful explanation or clarification, this situation could have been resolved easily. Transparency and communication are important in service-based businesses, especially when licensure and compliance are involved. I chose not to escalate the matter, although professional credentials can typically be verified through appropriate state or licensing authorities. Unfortunately, the way this interaction was handled influenced my decision not to return or continue supporting this business. read more

So I found a new barbershop today. I called for an appointment and it was there right on time. I got to the shop, someone was already in the chair. This particular barber I had was quick and wasn't playing and I still left out with a nice cut. The 2 things I enjoyed was the fact that it was only 10 mins from my residence and my cut was very quick. It only took 20 mins to get my haircut which was a definite plus in my eyes and favor. I'm not sure how long this place has been opened but it has been opened for a while. Depending on your barber, make sure to get his number to set up an appointment for a future date and time. Next time I visit I will take a picture of the establishment in case any of you are on that side of town. read more

Honestly this was the worst haircut I've ever had for 2 reasons. First, the top of my head has 2 different hair lengths so It looks like a broken lawn mower passed over my head. Second, when Anthony, the barber, was done he left me all dirty. I had cut hair all in my ears, my fore head, my nose my cheeks on my knock. Like he did no attempt to clean me up after wards. No mirror was givin to me so I can check out the work he did or asked me how did it come out. I sat on that chair, Anthony cut my hair and said all done you can go. By far the WORST haircut experience and actual haircut ever. All that for $35. What a overcharge for crappy service and crappy haircut. read more

Can't say enough good things about Headquarters 2 Barbershop. I was referred by a friend and drove an hour and a half to have my hair cut and beard trimmed by Gary and man was I impressed when he got done! This guy actually listened to what I wanted instead of just nodding his head and giving me a generic haircut like most places do. His attention to detail in his hair cut and beard trimming skills is second to none. I highly recommend Headquarters 2 Barber Shop if having the best looking haircut you can find is one of your top priorities. read more

Place is dope. They always have movies or music while you wait. And they are good at what they do. I definitely recommend

First chair Gary cut my boy hair. Now we've been in Georgia for almost 2yrs. Never had a bad hair cut experience! Now in this Barber Gary defense we did not have an appointment. But to cut my boy like he was in fact new, without an appointment and like I didn't know what a blow out fade should look like, was a horrible experience. Not to mention he had an entire conversation with someone during the cut and kept taking breaks to talk why my boy sat in his chair. He did not fade him high enough. The shape up was off. I will have to take him to another barber to fix this piss poor botch job. Such a shame because the regular appt. Folks he cut well. I could have done a better job with a razor and comb C-block style. But it is what it is. The board say $10 and up for kids 15 and up for teens. He charged 15 from the rip but the appt. customer $10. It won't happen again. Thanks Gary. I may be new to Georgia but not new to cuts. This was the worst. Barely fade and now will have to pay another barber to finish you piss poor cut. it wont happen again.
