If I could give them zero stars I would. Was charged 40 dollars when I usually pay 35 for sns. They said it was a French to me sns is pink and white powder. No prices listed they don't tell you it will be more. I kept saying and This is the second time they've done the bate and switch. I. plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General they need to have their license revoked. They seem to forget I can go to any of the others FIVE salons within two minutes of their location. I have been coming to Nail Fervour for about 2yrs now and I love it there. Its affordable AND clean. The staff is nice and attentive. I also love the convenience of their hours of operation and nail tech availability. You can always get your nails done asap if needed. I get a regular mani/pedi and my nails usually last about 10-12 days without chipping. I do bring my own polishes (I do this for any salon I visit) to ensure that the polish hasn't been contaminated by oils from people applying them to unprepared nails -you must clean your nails with alcohol before applying polish to avoid your polish from chipping!! My nail tech Vicky is very good at preparing my nails and at cleaning my cuticles. She's amazing on my feet especially with carefully clearing out an ingrown nail I sometimes have an issue with. read more

This is my GO-TO nail salon!! Whether it's for a special occasion, or just indulge in some self-care, I'm here! Even though I moved about 25 minutes away from this location, I still find myself returning every six weeks for an S&S and pedicure set. I've been visiting this location for upwards of 20 years and can attest that their service only continues to improve with time. The space is clean, organized, and they sanitize their tools and chairs after each use. The owner is very personable and is often seen working alongside her staff. In recent years, they've expanded their color options as well as waxing services and their spa chairs are still undefeated! Jack always shapes my nails narrow how I like them, and Miss Tina is a magician on my feet but all the staff do a great job no matter what service they are performing! I will say I was caught off guard by the $10 takeoff charge the one time I decided not to get a new SNS manicure but overall still had a good experience. read more

So far I've only done regular pedicures here and the massages are longer than other places which is ahhhhmazing I have never ever had bad customer service here. PSA: please stop talking rudely or having a rude tone to your tech. Not only should we be thankful people are willing to perform these services for us but some of these techs are elders. Came here for my biweekly nail appointment. SERVICE: Really great. I had Linda and Kathy do my nails and they both did an amazing job. The tips were capped and the top edge was so clean. They also shaped my nails beautifully. The staff was very polite and had me seated quickly. HYGIENE: The tools are all sanitized and i like how after the cuticle remover, they place a wrap over your hands. I also like how they put alcohol on so many times. The pineapple cuticle oil smells amazing!! I had a good visit and have gone twice now. This is likely going to be my new go-to nail place. Happy with the results. read more

As much as I hate to admit, I've been neglecting myself for quite sometime. Fellas if you don't get a pedicure often you definitely should because you're missing out. I'm in town visiting Atlanta and decided to try out Nail Fervour. When I walked in, there was no wait time and was able to get seated right away. Not only was the lady nice but super gentle as well. At first she was nervous when she saw my hang nail and tried not to go deep. But I assured her it didn't hurt and she removed it with barely any pain at all. The staff are very professional, funny, and very sweet. Thank you all for the great experience and I'll definitely return in the future if I'm ever this way. read more

Horrrrible... don't go here. It's honestly the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I obviously cannot speak regarding ever nail tech but the one who did my nails did them terribly. The shape was alright. The painting was so sloppy. She cut me with the drill and didn't even say anything. She was just very aggressive and was talking so loudly to everyone around her. I'm sure she was distracted and wasn't even paying attention. There are so many other nail salons nearby that are way better and have more attention to detail. read more

mostly go here for wax & have for my nails. they always do a good job with the wax but I can tell they talk shit in their language. they laugh & talk to eachother after looking at my nails.. I have a disorder that I bite my nails & feel ashamed going anywhere & this place made me NEVER get my nails done ever again. i'm a minor too so I come with a parent & they know that.. yet they're still rude & judgy. They're also pretty racist. my nails came out thick & uneven, some of the nails leaned over to left or right & she wasn't gentle at all when filiing my nails, Don't remember the lady but they were majority all asian. I asked for light white pink dipped nails, almond shape, and wanted them as natural as possible and thin as possible. And that is exactly what I got. I am extremely pleased with the entire service from the start of me walking in to me leaving. Very professional and absolutely there to serve you and give you a relaxing time! I also got their fervour pedicure plus an extra 15 minute massage and it was perfect. Highly recommend and glad I came! My typical salon was booked up all weekend and I was in dire need. . I asked for a skinnier rounded almond tip and every nail is shaped differently top cost was lumpy, had to file down and put a new gel coat on at home. After 3 days I had to back and get a nail fixed that was already lifting. Only reason they're getting 2 stars is because they gave a bomb pedicure. read more

I haven't even left, sitting in the car making this review. I asked for a coffin shape nail with a V design On the middle finger. Simple design.. I was Not given coffin shape and just look at the V, the lady didn't even shape the V design. Not cool at all. I have been here many times prior and today was not it. I'm very disappointed. Especially with the fact that I told them that it was not what I asked for and they began to talk about me for saying politely that this isn't what I asked for. The owner of this place show some underline racist tendencies. It is so shameful even the African Americans can't see the underline racism. I have been to this place three and will never go back. I sat and watch the way she arrange her pedicure seating area by race. The first few seats from the front is selected for the Whites and Asians. I sat and I watch, when the African Americans enters, she direct her staff where to place then, which is always towards the back. When a White or Asia person enters they are seated close to the front. This is so sad because from sitting and observing most of her customers that walked in both times I was there are African American. I realize because she seem to be nice to the African Americans they don't even realize the underline tendencies. I am not African American but sitting and observing I saw through it and shook my head in disgust. The young lady in the front is rude and her attitude towards only the African American depict the treatment of the owner. I sat in the front while Waiting for my granddaughter and observe her nasty attitude. I watch in amazement as to how someone can treat anyone that support their business at such high percentage this way. African Americans need to stop patronizing her business until they are treated equally. I don't see it from the staff, I see it from the owner, she set the tone for the staff and her business. Very disappointing situation. I will not return and I will encourage anyone I know not to patronize her business. I have been a customer here for the past couple of years and I love their prices and quality of the service. My favorite technician is Alicia. She does a wonderful job when I am in for my monthly pedicure. I appreciate the honesty of Teresa. I came in one time for a manicure, but she told me I could go a couple of weeks with it because my cuticles looked fine. Anyone else would have jumped at the opportunity to make the additional money. Unfortunately, I can't name all of the nail technicians, but two of them attend Georgia Gwinnett College. Ask for one of them if you can. I always opt for the sugar scrub and paraffin wax with my pedicures. There is an additional charge for these services, but it's well worth it. Nails Fervour has a vast selection of paints, gel polish, and SNS. I myself don't use any of them because I bring in my own bottles of polish; I can't polish my own nails to save my life. After leaving Nails Fervour, everyone swears my nails are acrylic with gel polish applied to them. Nails Fervour's staff make them look that good. I don't know why I haven't been posting my finished results sooner. I have had some pretty cool color combinations that would inspire you the next time you come "Pick Your Color"! read more

The woman at the reception was so rude on the day of March 4,2022 around 12:15pm. I went inside the store to do the eyebrows wax, she didn't even say anything hi or whatsoever , told me to use the sanitizer right away as soon as I got inside the store, didn't even look at me then pointed to go inside with soooo much attitude after that. I didn't even expect the professional service at this place but rude and negative attitude like this is unacceptable. Can manager from this place or any of the boss train her to get a little better with her attitude. I said nevermind to her and left the store , didn't do any services. read more

After sliding into a fellow yelper's dms, I decided I had enough info to give this place a try! I was advised to visit with Jack & Jenny. I set an appointment the day prior, and was glad I did when I arrived and saw the wait. I was greeted and started quickly. Jack was friendly and kept the conversation going with jokes and questions, which I didn't mind at all. He took time to explain what he was doing and the differences between sns, acrylic and gel color. He was a meticulous nail tech, perfection was his goal. I chose sns because there was a color called sea shell I could not leave without! My nails were amazing! And it's been a long time since I could say that and truly have not found a flaw! Jenny was quiet, but so patient and nice! She allowed me time to pick perfect pedicure package (they have so many to choose from!). She too took her time and did a great job! Her massage is amazing! The shop was clean, spacious and organized, and the techs were all friendly and accommodating! At check out I did feel the prices had been inflated a bit I'm sure to make sure they get a tip which I did not feel good about at all, but I still left a good tip for both as they were great. All customers receive a punch card to help them get to a 10$ off service which is awesome when it comes to a service that is definitely a reoccurring expense. I'd still visit again, in fact I've already made my next appointment. This time I will be sure to inquire about any upcharges differing from the original posted price. read more

This place has hurt me multiple times with two different technicians. They also blame me when they hurt me and claim that my "skin is too thin" yet that has never been a problem at other locations. STAY AWAY! I was in town visiting family and my mom swears by this place. When I walked out my mani pedi looked nice enough but they had cut my finger when clipping the cuticles. The next day I noticed my toe was hurting next to the nail. As the days went on it got worse and worse and then filled up with PUS! DISGUSTING! At first I thought it was an ingrown toenail but there was no part of my nail growing inward. A week later, my toe skin was peeling all around the toe! It is absolutely disgusting and it all started after I went to this nail salon! I get my nails done VERY frequently in my hometown and this has never happened to me! I will NOT be going back to this place and I recommend you stay far away! They must have used dirty tools. DISGUSTING!!!!! read more
