I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a big fan of lawyers. However Lang and Klain has changed…read moremy mind. We were involved in a lawsuit and hired Lang and Klain to represent us. After a few weeks of back and forth between our attorneys and their attorney - our attorney - Kent Lang called and said we should turn the claim into our insurance company... thus taking themselves out of the lawsuit and differing to our insurance companies attorneys and forfeiting the several thousand dollars in fees. To clarify we had no idea that our insurance company would take over the lawsuit before Kent brought it to our attention. I was shocked. They basically advised that our insurance company would cover all legal fees (taking them away from Lang and Klain) on the case. This certainly cost the firm a lot of money as they wouldn't be representing us but they did the right thing - ethically. I have the upmost respect for Kent Lang and his associate, Jason Clark.
