Afterwards, I kept in touch with him thru texts and phone messages, but to no avail again, no updates. After many weeks he surprise calls me with a few questions pertaining to the case, he thanks me and says all is well that he will now proceed to serve a subpoena.....what? Nothing further from the truth, I didn't hear back after several weeks, so I called for an explanation, he said he didn't know if the server had actually served the subpoena or not, (how does that happen?) He said he would serve another one soon and that the moving company was ignoring him, again I waited for results but nothing happened for weeks then months, same as before, this has been going on since January 6, 2019. I want my money back, today I called all the phone numbers I had been using but not one phone number worked, I tried several more times, calls were dropped over and over! His website is still online, please beware of this guy, he will take your money and you will get nothing in return. I was truly taken advantage of.
