Her hot stone massages are fantastic, even for hot summer months. She also does facials and I did enjoy the vitamin C facial when I booked for the massage+facial combo in the past. Bobbie is also super friendly and personable. In addition, her prices are affordable for the quality of service I get. The therapist heard it too, and we immediately ended the session. By the next day, the pain was so severe that I took time off work to get an X-ray because I believed my rib was broken. Fortunately, it wasn't fractured, but the X-ray confirmed significant bruising. What was even more disappointing was how management handled the situation. It took two weeks and multiple unanswered messages just to get a return call. I provided receipts for my X-ray and Groupon purchase and requested reimbursement for my medical expense, the Groupon, and the wages I lost while seeking medical care. They refused to reimburse me for anything and instead offered excuses rather than taking responsibility. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds afterward matters. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
