The bathroom I noted was mostly clean but the wastebasket was full the two times I used it. My room was small and clean. Lighting was low, which created a calm atmosphere. The table was covered with a large towel and disposable paper, which was very hygenic. My massage was exceptional. My masseuse was Tian-San (I'm sorry if I misspelled it). He was attentive, he checked in with me a few times if the pressure was comfortable. He massaged every knot on my body, from my head to my toes, literally! The staff was friendly and professional. They patiently answered my questions with a smile. And the lady at the front desk even offered me water after the massage.
