I went in for a reiki session for the first time and didn't know what to expect. It was an honor to meet Lynn. She has great, calming energy and took the time to understand what I was looking for as well as explaining how the session worked. I first heard about Reiki during my undergraduate studies (Holistic Health Class) but never tried it nor have I ever met a Reiki Master, until my best friend and wife, Miss, introduced me to Lynn. Lynn's Visioning Workshop was a fun and creative experience that left me energized and inspired. It's clear that she loves doing this work and has a great personality for it. She began by explaining how the Law of Attraction works and how it can be used to attract what you desire into your life. She used examples from her clients and her own life to illustrate the power of setting your intentions on what you want and deflecting that which you don't want. She provided handouts and all the tools to make a vision board unique to your own aspirations. We ended the session with a short group meditation to practice the visualization technique she taught.
