I have been a client of Shakti's for the past four years and she is nothing short of amazing. Garima helped me as my spiritual advisor. She really cared about me and what I was going through. All the anxiety I was having is now gone. The reading she did was amazing. Sometimes we just need that reassurance that we are on the right path. She provided that for me. We talked about love, my career, and a little about my past life. I've been seeing Liz for the past few months now for Reiki, and every session I have with her is different and gets better with each visit. The first time I met her for my first Reiki, I instantly felt comfortable and was able to open up to her easily. Her sessions made a huge difference to my spiritual healing journey - physically, emotionally and overall well-being. She also taught me so much about myself, and tools and tips about quick energy healing I can do at home. I'm still working with her for Reiki sessions, (not just for healing) but because I feel that her presence uplifts my spirit with every session. This studio is so elegantly well rounded; it's a complete health and wellness spiritual healing center. Healing deep from within the soul outward connecting to the body and realigning balance and inner peace. From things like Aroma Hatha Flow to Yoga Nidra sleep meditation, Reiki healing and sound healing meditations just to name a few. I've had a private breath-work session with Garima. She's an amazing and intuitive healer. Her love and empathy radiate. She cares deeply about personalizing each individuals healing session in order to allow that person to dive deep within themselves to release pent up stressors. I can't express in words the level of gratitude I have towards this woman for guiding me and allowing me to release some deep pain that I didn't realize I was carrying around. I haven't had a chance to try every class yet (there's a lot!) but the teachers/instructors I've had so far are incredible! I have attended several sessions with Garima including a private session. Her service opened up my subconscious: the sessions unfolded my fear and guilt that has been haunting me for decades. I gained enough security from her offering, and finally confronted, accepted and held the fear that I have been trying to avoid. The best thing that I trust Garima is that she is sincere and she does not judge you. Garima is like a big and strong container. She accepts all emotions. I felt secure being with her. Spiritual Alignment Yoga and Aditi have helped me immensely. After a hiatus from yoga, I decided to give it a try since i have just retired and have a little more time. I started at the very beginning class (restorative) and find it grounds me. When I feel ready, I will try the Yin class (next step for me). There is no pressure here, only encouragement. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have found this gem in my own neighborhood. The studio is clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated with air conditioning and fans. It is not a huge studio, so the classes are intimate. The most people in attendance I have seen is 11 but perhaps this will increase as the studio becomes more popular. It just had its grand reopening after expansion a month or two ago. One wall has all mirrors. There are props available to borrow, as well. What really interested me and why I chose a monthly subscription was the variety of classes offered and available. Various kinds of yoga, including Hatha, Yin, Iyengar, and more; Zumba and Bombay Jam dance classes; Meditation and Yoga Nidra; Sound Healing and Aromatherapy Yoga. Not to mention they offer 4-5 classes each day, so there are plenty of options to choose from, even for someone as busy as me. I have attended classes with the owners Garima and Mitesh and they appear to be very caring people and know their craft. Vivek is a very knowledgeable and skilled instructor and uses humor to keep your attention. Kat's restorative yoga class was simply amazing, utilizing a combination of yoga and energy work to restore your body and soul. My favorite classes so far have been Beth's. I attended the aroma yoga class where Beth was subbing, and found her to be delightful, kind, compassionate and filled with healing energy. Then I attended her sound healing yoga class and discovered even more what an amazing and intuitive teacher she is. I look forward to getting to know the other instructors and participating in more classes going forward. I did have a billing issue that was handled and resolved. And I have noticed a few problems with the website, but otherwise I have really enjoyed becoming a member of this community and look forward to future classes and workshops. Namaste. read more

Payal Shah's Sunday Aroma yoga is AMAZING and Payal is an incredible instructor! Her balance of strength and flexibility, relaxation and challenge, and adaptability to those who join her classes are incredible. What I love most about Payal is her manner of explanation -- to help you understand your body and how to to build good foundations to your practice while ensuring that you know how to protect yourself from injury. This is a great new studio right downtown. The owner was down to earth, kind, and very welcoming. My mom and I tried the Tuesday night community meditation and it was great. If I lived closer I'd go every week. She's now attending the mediation class and the Mon/Wed gentle yoga and loves it. I'm planning on trying the Saturday breath workshop sometime. read more

I was looking for Yoga class close to my house and found this place on first number. I read the reviews and everything and decided to join it.. I was lucky they were having new student deal which was 49$ with unlimited classes. I immediately took it and started off... My experience was very good..out of all classes, my best class was with Ms Anjali....she is very good instructor and she makes sure u got calories burn with smiling face :) Right now my pass got over so I have to renew it.. Garima and Mitesh are amazing! They genuinely care about you and want to help you. I've attended all meditation sessions and each one offers a different experience. It's amazing how you can find answers to conflict in meditation. I have also attending workshops and have gained more knowledge about myself. It's a work in progress trying to find your path and find answers, but this center will help you get there. Had a very lovely experience at Spiritual Alignment Yoga studio. Came here looking for a guided meditation experience for myself and my husband. We did the couples breathing exercise. I was very pleased with the service. Came in not knowing what to expect, but Garima was kind and explained everything to me and my husband. I found this studio and Garima through Classpass, where I took a couple of yoga classes. Their instructors are amazing -- knowledgeable and insightful, and led flows very well. My review, however, is primarily for Garima. I booked a spiritual healing and intuitive reading session with her, and I was left speechless. It was my first time having it done and I came in with no expectations but the moment we sat down, she was able to narrow in on exactly what has been on my mind, heart, and soul...even things I didn't realize I was holding on to. She clearly saw where I was lacking clarity and where energy was blocked, and worked to clear all of it. She validated a lot of questions I was secretly asking, and provided so much wisdom and guidance. I have been going to this studio for over a month and love it. My favorite class is Aroma Hatha Flow. Payal is the best instructor, she takes time to explain each step and works with you at your own level. Her classes are very easy to follow and she gives you options if you are a more advanced yogi, but you never feel pushed if you are a beginner. I only wish that there was an additional Aroma Hatha Flow class on Sunday! read more
