I've followed Elaine's work for over 10 years, so finally being able to work with her 1:1 truly felt like a dream come true. It's difficult to fully explain what happens during a session with her because the experience is so unique and deeply personal. I'm someone who usually prefers structure, plans, and clear expectations but this work didn't operate that way and requires you to submit and trust the process, as elusive as that sounds. I wasn't even super clear on what I wanted to work on initially, I just knew I was at a crossroads. However, reflecting back, the changes that occurred were profound, rapid, and largely unconscious/unintentional. I wouldn't have even necessarily been able to define what I wanted to change or heal until suddenly things had lifted and I realized how different I felt and was operating only in hindsight. Now, I still recognize others' emotions without carrying them as my own and can operate with boundaries in such an effortless manner. I also have reconnected to faith, feel more connected to joy, more confident, and far more certain in myself and my decisions. I no longer seek constant external validation or second guess my path. Elaine has helped me recognize gifts and purpose within myself that I'm now actively developing with a level of clarity and confidence I never had before and business related ideas are currently "pouring" out of me. Another unexpected shift is after four years on anti-anxiety medication, I unintentionally weaned off completely just naturally through the internal changes that occurred during this work. It was not even conscious or effortful nor was medication even something I had discussed with Elaine. These are just some of the changes I experienced that are perhaps most relatable for a review. I know some of this may sound elusive but if you're unfamiliar with her work, but if you're here reading reviews, you probably already have some "knowing" and inner sense of why you found her. You don't need any convincing but maybe a little reassurance. A few things I initially had questions about since I personally typically comb through reviews as "due diligence" before making a big commitment to something. 1.) Her prerequisite readings are important. This work is not passive, and having foundational understanding before hand allows sessions to go much deeper. 2.) Her fees initially made me hesitant. But after working with her, I completely understand why. She gives an extraordinary amount of time, energy, care, and presence to her clients far beyond the session itself. This is not a "clock in, clock out" experience. When I compare it to the money I've spent over the years trying to fill internal voids through therapy, self-help, vacations, material things, medications, or temporary coping tools, the investment now feels incredibly worthwhile. Most importantly, Elaine never operates from fear, pressure, or manipulation. There is never any "you need to pay more to fix/save yourself" energy that you hear about in exploitative psychic scams with continually escalating payment demands. She is grounded, genuine, transparent, and deeply gifted at what she does and trustworthy. She is not a hard-sell type of healer at all. But if the timing aligns and you have the opportunity to work with her, I genuinely believe it is an investment you will not regret. I knew about Elaine's website since about 2 years ago, and I had a feeling since first I got on it that one day I would meet her. That point finally came this year, after a really heartbreaking situation happened and I felt like I was in shambles. In a desperate move to reclaim myself, I called Elaine and left a message. My 2022/2023 work with Elaine was just as impactful, out of this world, and HEALING as the session I had with her in 2017. I was at another critical time of change in my life, and she helped me understand and integrate parts of myself so I could show up as the best version of myself -- the true definition of GROWTH. Elaine is non-judgemental, calm, honest, and courageous. I've told her soul-bearing things without hesitation. I trust her completely. She is generous with her time and goes above and beyond for her clients, while simultaneously holding them accountable to the work they have to do. She does not do "quick-fix" surface-level work. She digs deep and hands you the reigns. In order for these sessions to work, YOU have to commit to doing the work. I saw Elaine in 2016. I was in a pretty dark place- panic attacks, never wanting to leave my house, scared of everything and everyone. I truly felt like I was dying and would never live a 'normal' life. Elaine changed all of this for me and she is still to this day, the main person that helped bring me out of that hole. I did not have an overnight transformation like some. So I had never sought out a healer, reiki expert, or anything of the sort before seeing Elaine. I was at a point in my life where I had seen therapist after therapist for my anxiety and a bit of PTSD from a rough childhood and it was always hard to deal with the guilt/trauma of it. I went to see Elaine because I was so desperate for anything or anyone who could point me in a direction to heal that even as skeptic as I was I still decided it was worth a shot to see a holistic healer. I've recently worked with Elaine and words wouldn't do her work justice. She's an angel. I was nervous at first because I thought it wasn't going to work and I was so desperate for some help in my life. I've been doing therapy but I was still getting stuck in the same patterns. I felt emotionally unstable. I reached out to Elaine and we had our session. Hello everyone! I met Elaine about a year ago. I was sad, depressed and very lonely in this city.. always looking for answers. And anytime I was searching for ANYTHING in yelp- her page was popping up all the time. So one day something clicked and I check out her page and explore her website. I got a strong felling that I need to call her, so I call and left a message! She called me a week later and we schedule pop up session 2 days after. As soon as I arrived to her house I felt at ease. She made me feel very welcomed and safe! Also her cats are adorable! I felt a connection with them right the way. So we sat down and talk for ~ 3 hours. Omg I felt such a relief, I could talk about everything that was bothering me. EVERYTHING. And received only understanding and compassion ! She such a sweet and deeply kind person! I first came across Elaine's page when looking for energy healing a few years ago. When her page popped up, I had an immediate intuition that we would work together some day. As I dove deeper into her website and blog (which is a huge resource in its own right) I could sense how vulnerable and raw she was, and how much time and energy she truly puts into her work. It's not just a job for her, but a gift that has shaped her everyday life. She absolutely lives what she preaches. To be honest, I felt it quite strongly in my subconscious that my life would shift immensely if I were to meet her, which actually made it a bit daunting to reach out. It wasn't until about one year later, when I was going through probably the highest point of confusion in my life (emotionally, mentally and physically) that I decided to reach out and was able to schedule my first session with Elaine. From the beginning I could feel her pure intention to help people, her true unbiased and non judgmental attitude, and how much she truly respects someones process and timeline of healing. I have worked with Elaine twice now - once as a pop up session last year, and most recently as a remote session. I'm going to talk a bit more about the remote session since it was the most recent and has actually had a giant effect on me. I waited a few weeks to write this because I truly wanted to see how I felt. What was brought up in my session was a trauma I could not put my finger on - it was eclipsed, and I certainly didn't want to see it. It was the first thing she said to me on the phone. On top of that, It was not the "answer" I wanted. Going into the session I told Elaine about a break up I was going through and how I was trying to regain my own light and energy from that - I was having a lot of trouble letting go energetically. I will say - the days right before and directly after our sessions were intense emotionally, just really letting myself fully feel what was being processed and let go of, but currently my life feels newly invigorated with my own energy. I had to make some choices, and I put in the work. This is not a catch all, as you can imagine - Elaine helps pave the way energetically, and then you have to follow through on your end. The remote session itself felt positive throughout. The only truly physical sensation I had was during the second session when there was a pop of energy in my solar plexus area on the right hand side (where she said this energy was stored). Elaine is such an amazing, special person. Someone who was put on this earth to create good for the lucky people she comes in contact with. I am so thankful for her and the work we did together. It is something that is truly life changing. I originally saw Elaine since I was dealing with a ton of pain.It was something that was unbearable; keeping me from living my life and achieving my career goals. Before the Reiki session, Elaine speaks with you and goes in depth with your past and how it affects your life now. Elaine is an incredible healer full of truth and authenticity. I am so thankful the universe connected me with Elaine at the right moment in time. I am not one for writing reviews and it's been a while since I went to see Elaine for a reiki therapy session, but I was talking to a friend the other day and he asked me if the Reiki session helped or was just a waste of time and money... In response to Elaine's message, this is not fraudulent or slanderous, but just an honest recap about an unethical healer now using a law firm to censor reviews. That confirms all I have written below. ---- Elaine popped up as recommended just now, as I was searching other reviews, and so I'm popping in here for the first time since 2017. It breaks my heart to poorly review an energy healer, as energy healing is so so dear to me, but it looks as though my initial impression of Elaine was right. In fairness, we never wound up working together, but I did read the books she recommended, left a voicemail, and she did call me back. Elaine told me that I was the first person she had responded back to in a long time because she sensed my energy was just "different" and aligned with hers. She went on to tell me it would be $5,000 (yes, that's not a typo!!! 5K!!!) upfront, and I could pay with several credit cards if needed. I politely got off the phone and sat with this for a LONG time. Everything in my body felt disgusted, manipulated, and yet, I was attached to all the reviews saying how working with her would change my life! Seeing her name pop up again after all these years actually kind of hit me like trauma would. Really low-vibing energy. That's the catalyst for actually and finally reviewing her. For reference, I have worked with healers all over the globe and began my own conscious journey into energy healing at the age of 12. Just because someone works in this sacred way does not mean they are exempt from abundance. Elaine can charge whatever she feels is right for her, and that's perfectly ok. However, as she just popped up again, I'm seeing complaints from other people that she's charging $500. Hmm. In fairness, maybe no one was willing to pay the $5K, so she bumped down her rates. I suppose that's none of my business, but my read is that she was just trying to milk me for what she could way back when. Again, no matter your business, know your worth, and you will attract clients in alignment with that. It's all PERFECTLY OK. What pains me is that I absolutely knew from the first words out of her mouth during that call in 2017 that Elaine was just trying to "catch" me (aka manipulate), by making me feel like out of all the hundreds of people who call her: I WAS THE SPECIAL ONE. And to see now that she'll charge me 5K and someone else 500 just confirms the energy I read from her to begin with. Yuck. The hard truth is that, someone can have a beautiful and very sacred gift of energy and spiritual healing, but choose to not stand in integrity while they use it . An exaggerated example of this would be a psychic that actually gives you a valid read, but suddenly needs you to take out a 20K loan to do work ASAP so you don't die and get hit by a bus, or on a more covert level, has you jump through hoops reading books or doing some online intensive to begin to get you invested and attached, with the message that you'll only get a call back IF they deem your energy worthy from their voicemail. Sound familiar? Who doesn't want to hear they are the SPECIAL ONE... especially when already at a huge crossroads and feeling vulnerable. Now, I don't doubt Elaine has spiritual gifts, and I'm not upset at what she charges. I am however disgusted to see all these years later how absolutely correct I was about her lack of integrity. Regardless of what someone charges, no legitimate Healer standing in Integrity and Unconditional Love has the capacity to manipulate like this. That can only happen when they align more with ego than Source Energy, and your intuition will guide you on that 10 out of 10 times. You will be met with honesty, clarity, and zero hoops to jump through, unlike what will be asked of you here. There are plenty of other beautiful souls, deeply rooted in integrity, that can hold space for your healing. Please do not lose hope if my message here aligns with you in any way. And if you'd like a solid suggestion on how to call yourself back to Personal Power and do work on your own before branching out, take a look at the book "Ask and It Is Given" by Abraham-Hicks or "Seat of the Soul" by Gary Zukav. Above all, trust your own intuition, even if you feel differently than me. It will never fail you. And again, although this sounds more like a focus on money or perhaps some sort of projection, I promise I have checked in with Spirt first, and have written this standing in my own integrity. It just deeply pains me to see someone who perhaps has such a special gift, use it from a place lacking integrity. Today I went for a Reiki session for the first time in my life. Naturally I was a little nervous but this healer was so accommodating and our communication prior to meeting was very reassuring and honest. When we met I felt welcome, safe and ready to receive and move energy. First, we spoke comfortably and I knew this woman was a true spiritual channel. She asked if my father's name was Robert; I said it wasn't but then realized she was receiving the message of my mother's name, Roberta! During the session, I felt a wonderful rotating sensation, like I was moving with the earth. I received some powerful personal messages that I can further explore for greater guidance on my life path. I saw healing green energy in my mind's eye and towards the end I could feel the energy in my body moving and tingling. It was a rewarding and beautiful sensation. We spoke further about many interesting topics, and she provided me with some water and white sage to burn in my home. After, I felt light, clear and peaceful. Elaine is a go to person if you want to make a positive life shift. I've been to various experts, healers, and psychics in my day but I do feel a fundamental change since seeing her. I am not completely on the finish line but I feel that her insight, compassion, and energy work has helped me get to a better path and with a knowledge in how to continue growing. When I went to see her I was the victim of internet hacking, had life decisions to grapple with, and some personal stumbling blocks I had difficulty overcoming despite my best efforts. Elaine was my divine intervention. I was wandering around for about five years in a deep depression: I had panic attacks and breakdowns constantly, I couldn't sleep, I was in a deep artistic rut and full of self-hatred. Elaine comes into your life when you're ready for her. It's just the way it is. My friend had reiki therapy done & it sounded intriguing. I researched practitioners in NYC & found Elaine. I had reached out to her, but didn't make an appt. A week later I was hit by a van while crossing the street. I was in so much physical pain, I couldn't even focus on other parts of my life. I remembered reading that reiki worked on physical ailments so I called Elaine back to make an appt with her. I went to her to get relief for my physical self. Elaine's gift of seeing the complete self made my appt much deeper than I intended. We talked for 3+ hours about my accident & what I was experiencing because of it. There is no one else like Elaine. The label "energy healer" doesn't come close to describing the remarkable work she does. When I met her three months ago, I was finishing cancer treatment and was looking for a way to jumpstart the next phase of my life.
