It amazes me that more people do not seek out these kinds of doctors. I will always choose natural herbal medicine if at all possible over the drugs and synthetics that harm our bodies dished out like candy at the other doctors offices. It may have taken a while to find her but I am glad I did. She has helped me tremendously. Now my whole family goes to her office. Waiting to see the Dr. and Right when Dr. Chen came to the waiting room spoke to his receptionist…read morein a very rude tone then the dr called another patient that came after us and there apt was at 9:30 and ours was at 8:45 And when I asked why they said cause our apt is a follow up and will be only 10 minutes as I think to myself then why not just get us in and out if ours was only going to take 10 minutes! And didn't get seen til 9:30 and the other patient was done and leaving by the time they called us and her apt was at 9:30. And as he was examining my mother he kept going in and out to make sure the receptionist filled out the patient ( that was called before us) paper correctly. And didn't once knowledge my mother the whole time we were waiting! Yes I am PISSED why because they scheduled an apt for my mother at 8:45 and called a patient that came after us with a later apt (9:30) SMFH had to wait almost an hour and the other patient wasn't even sitting in the waiting room for more then 10 minutes! Tell me you wouldn't be freaken pissed ! So I wouldn't recommend coming here !!! BAD BAD service and rude atmosphere!
