I got a facial by Jeannie today and she was absolutely wonderful. She's extremely knowledgeable & used all organic products, which my face was in desperate need of. I don't think my face has ever felt so clean & hydrated at the same time. She really takes the time to understand your needs & does your facial accordingly. What I really loved was that she massages arms, hands, shoulders & down below your shoulders. I've had other facials where only your hands get massaged or only your shoulders get massaged. Her pressure was oh so good. Some people aren't strong enough or don't use enough pressure. She kept an open line of communication, was super personable & very easy to talk with. Jeannie truly is 'one in a million'. I have had many facials and no one has been able to truly address my problem with rosacea. Owner Jeanne is dishonest, flaky and doesn't honor her own gift certificates! Called to schedule an appointment using a gift certificate, mentioned two different times that I would be paying with a gift certificate, and on the third call told me that she 'doesn't really remember issuing any gift certificates around that date' and wouldn't be accepting it as payment?? It was issued almost a year ago, that's a great memory without checking any records! I described how the certificate appeared- pre-printed with her company name and address with a blank To:______ at the top, and an expiration date on the bottom which was still good, and SIGNED BY HER! She said yes those are hers, but stated that it was 'probably' issued as a promotion since she 'doesn't really remember selling any gift certificates around that time'. Said it sounds like one of the promotional gift certificates she gave out to hairdressers and nail techs to bring in more business, and she couldn't honor it because she wouldn't be making any money off of me. She didn't ask for the certificate number or anything! Soooo you issued gift certificates, but won't honor them unless I'm a hairdresser??? Extremely poor way to run a business, I'm just glad she didn't wait until services were completed to tell me her own valid gift certificate wouldn't be accepted. What a crazy person! read more
