The front desk staff are friendly and always very smiley but don't always know what they're doing. I got in for my 3:15 appt at 3:10, a guy came in for his 3:45 appt. At 3:30 he was roomed. I asked the front desk and she said I had to do an intake form. Alyssa, the other front desk staff who had just sat down, is shaking her head while looking at the other front desk lady's screen. This was not my first or second time here. So she takes me into a room and tells me to be on my phone so I can answer their call to do the intake. 10 minutes later, no call. Front desk staff comes in again and ASKS FOR MY NAME. Then she said oh it's because your appt is at 3:30. No, it was 3:15. Then she brings me to another room and says to wait for the nurse.... No intake done. I didn't complain in the past because I understand them running behind. But this time, it seemed like the nurses were actually on schedule seeing as how they roomed the 3:45 patient at 3:30.

Dr Khorsandi had performed a surgery on our daughter but then he abandoned her after only one week which lead to her nose collapsing completely! He removed too much cartilage causing this issue, she had to pursue an ENT specialist in LA who had to rebuild her nose entirely. The ENT doctor had to remove cartilage from her rib which she said was a long and painful process! The cost was an astronomical $126,000 In addition to what we had already paid Khorsandi but all of this could have been avoided if Khorsandi would have done his job correctly to begin with! When he found out our daughter was a bit of a local celebrity he went and looked her up online while she was under anesthesia, how creepy is that!! Not making any of this up he told her he looked her up on the next day. Khorsandi's lack of medical care as a professional all due to his ego! He showed total disregard for his patient due to negative feelings towards me. This proved how little he cared about his patient, medical oath or proper medical guidelines!
