I saw Lauren and first noted that the stations allowed some privacy which was important to me. She was really easy to talk to and asked good questions about my hair and what I wanted. The shampoo bowl was very comfortable and easy for me even with my fused neck. She gave me a good haircut and also styled it which was included in the cost. If you're looking to get your lashes done, look no further, you've found the place. I went through an intense 24 hour labor & after all the tears & everything else I went through, my lashes still looked so amazing. I never felt more beautiful in my life. This first week of parenthood, I haven't had to worry about any makeup but I still look put together. Sophia always does such a great job & makes me look so beautiful. Best lash tech hands down. I went here for a pedicure. It was like having it done in a friends home but at a high professional price. The chair was just a cushiony chair with no message or vibrating features. My feet soaked in a plastic wash basin, not in the usual tub at the bottom of the chair. No foot message, hot stones or warm towel. Just nail clipping and polish. A bit pricey for that. read more

While I like the staff at Serenity Salon, there is one stylist here that I absolutely love. Her name is Hailey, and every time she works her magic I walk out and get compliments on my hair without fail. I hate getting my hair cut, most of the time until I found Serenity I just tolerated it so I could get it done and get on to other things. But Hailey changed all that for me. I like Serenity so much that I talked my family into trying them and now my wife and my son also get their hair cut there. And I've had even more family try them and they've come back over and over again. 5 Stars. Not changing a thing on the star count. While Hailey is my favorite stylist, I've had great luck with Sarah and literally every stylist on their entire staff. Serenity has certainly earned my repeat business. read more

Outstanding service. Go here for everything you could ever want in a salon. If you want a killer pedicure, Ted is your man. I was a little taken by surprise when a good looking guy came out and called my name. Not a problem though. He put me right at ease and my pedicure is PRISTINE! I found out that the salon does eyelash extensions (!) and Sarah made a special appt at 7:30am to accommodate me! I brought my daughter in the next morning with me to get a pedicure. During her time with Ted she got sick and these guys treated her like gold. By the way, my eyelashes are amazing.
