They also hand you a little sheet to personalize your treatment during check in. There's cucumber water and hot tea in the lounge area. The dressing/changing rooms are clean, serene and the lockers are easy to use! Hiatus is pricey but really worth it. The front desk gentleman on the phone CONFIRMED the complimentary day passes with tour and so we went. I mentioned we're from Houston and may want to come up every month since some work is around here in Austin. After tour, the agent Jordan asked if we were from Houston for clarity and told us about the packages they offered. She stated there was no day passes and needed to pay $35 pp to use sauna and plunge, instead of $65 pp. I told her that I called earlier today and she stated "no. Maybe a year ago, we offered it but not now" I felt like they told me anything to come by and then try to sell us up. Not a place I'd want to spend money on if they were to lie to clients just to have them come from afar.
