Poor care experience in IOP. No followup when asked for contact regarding child's lack of progress…read more Blamed caseloads which doesn't make sense due to the fact IOP is a set size and should include follow-up with parents. Child "graduated" from IOP despite there being no sustained change and higher depression and anxiety scores on screening tool at "graduation" than intake. At graduation the therapist asked if we had a therapist even though she spoke to our therapist the week before. It's clear she wasn't familiar with my child's case despite weeks of "treatment". Poor admin, billing, and front desk practices. I provided my insurance card three separate times because they didn't have a record of it. A year later I was billed for sessions they didn't submit to insurance on time which I have been disputing for months but no one seems able to understand the issue exists on their end. Took multiple calls and portal messages for someone to final respond about the billing dispute. This place deserves its poor ratings. I only wish I would have looked at reviews before investing the time and money into something poorly run and ineffective.

Both of mine gone, and agency dropped us without notice, agency provided no support! 3) They are falling apart and the facilities and operations are not up to par. The basement group room is unbearably cold in the winter. Dead bird on back deck for a couple months. Don't shovel snow at the end of the ramp which is hazardous for people with low mobility. 4) Apparently, they are owned by a multi billion dollar agency which buys facilities on credit and doesn't bill for over a year, so why? The "NOT OWNER/PRESIDENT " of the company explains that they have just had a "rocky start" and can't figure out how to bill insurance! They finally got to it and billed me for the last 6 months all at once overnight on my credit card for $588 in copays. And, they just lost out on the first 6 months of service because it was too late!?! Ha!!I don't see any longevity here!! Imploding big time!! I'm not even sure if they are still open because I called/messaged a total of 3 times with no response. CONCLUSION: What the heck??? Never have seen anything like this!! Hmm...I was really hopeful, but nope!! Good therapists, bad place!! EXPECT CLIENT ABANDONMENT, I guess!!
