She said "is $20 ok" three times & each time i said $15. That's annoying because it wasn't worth the tip that I did give her. I was going to tell her $0 if she kept pushing. She also didn't want me to write the price on the receipt after I signed which sometimes means that they're going to add a tip later. I'm just going to keep an eye out on my card for a bit cuz it was a little sus to me. Other than that the staff was nice. Booking my appointment was super easy and the owner was very helpful and offered treatments for my neck pain. The spa is clean, warm, inviting, and pretty! I could barely tell I was in a strip mall. When I came in I was greeted nicely and given water and a heat wrap for my painful neck. The masseuse was very personable and welcoming. I really enjoyed my hour long session, in which I finally able to relax and clear my head something you can't put a price on. I will say this place was actually very reasonable and I will be back!

A woman stepped in front of the gentleman who was settling the bill and told that I must tip more than I tipped and demanded me to tip at least 20%. I asked the woman who didn't identify herself to me "Are telling me the paying customer how much I have to tip?" She said "yes". So beware of this business practice that will I'm sure close the business down. I am a repeat customer of dozens of visits. I am an African American who is respectful and peaceful. I felt taken advantage of by the woman who demanded a higher tip because I was drained from a 30 minute massage and too relaxed to challenge her. When I arrived home I still didn't get over what I experienced. I am now going with another Spa from here on.
