Unfortunately, my recent experience with Sarah of Neumann Nutrition and Wellness has been similar and very disappointing. My hope in sending this lowest rating review is for Sarah, the owner, to be professional and learn from these remarks and be willing to change the way she treats her clients. However, I read another response she had for another 1 star review, so if she is unwilling to change, then I hope that others who read this review might be spared from having an experience like I have just had. From the very beginning, I felt like I was an imposition for her. She was not readily available from the start to answer my questions and would suggest I make a list and ask her those questions when we would meet via video call once a week the first 4 weeks. What made this experience disappointing was the way she acted on our video calls, once cutting our conversation short so she could "take another call". She claims to care about women who are suffering with gut issues, but in my opinion and experience, it seems her idea of "caring" for her clients is to send an overwhelmingly long list of information that has "some" tailored information and "some" general information that I was supposed to tweak she said, based on my test results. Due to her schedule and mine, we did not meet for 5 weeks, the last half of the program. She never once reached out to check on how I was doing. When we met for our last week of the program, after not talking for 5 weeks, she was very clear that if I needed to talk to her, I could do so for $150 for 2 sessions. It has been 2 weeks since my last session and I have yet to receive a "Thank you for trying my program, great to work with you, hope you are feeling much better, or I am here for future help!" SAVE YOUR MONEY! Instead of signing up for this very expensive program $4,200.00, here's all you need. These are the tests I took and they sent their own recommendations with my results.
