I was very happy to find Sher! I went to her for insomnia...something I have suffered from for years. I found her to be a good listener as she tailored the sessions for my individual needs and desired outcome. The experience was soothing, calming, and ultimately I have been able to sleep much more soundly than before the treatment. I had three sessions with her. I believe if you walk in thinking one session will "cure" you it probably isn't realistic, at least it wasn't for me. After the third session, the therapy "clicked" and I now look forward to bedtime. I have used Hypnosis for Mind and Body for both stopping smoking and for achieving weight loss/healthy living. My sessions have been life-changing as I have had great success with both goals. In regards to smoking, I had not been able to quit using other methods. Hypnosis made it so easy to quit. A typical concern that comes up is that one will gain weight once they stop smoking, but I was also able to lose about 10 pounds at that time. Sher is the best!! I struggled with smoking for years, a constant battle of trying to quit and failing. After 2 sessions with Sher, I have been nicotine free for 3 weeks!! I am continuing to listen to my sessions at home to help prevent a backslide. She also helped me with my insomnia and anxiety issues, all of which contributed to my smoking habit. Sher was recommended to us by my son's therapist. He struggled with anxiety and some weight issues. After seeing Sher just a few times he's drastically improved; he's much happier in general and his anxiety is at an all time low. He's even started dieting ( which was a big hurdle previously). Sher was 1 of 4 hypnotists that I called, for help with drug addiction, but the only 1 willing to help me. She made me feel like she truly cared about me. One of the first things I noticed about Sher was her ability to make me feel comfortable and safe. She created a place of trust knowing that I was nervous about being hypnotized.
