Usually I tell a salon to "just clean up" stray hairs and they preserve my natural arch. The lady cut straight across! I looked like Bert! I was able to go back to my hotel and fix it with an eyebrow razor and makeup pencil I picked up from the beauty supply. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.
