I felt compelled to write this review after seeing a recent one-star rating, because 4H Nail Spa truly does not deserve it. I've been with my pedicurist for about five years, and more recently I've been coming to 4H Nail Spa, and my experience has been nothing but wonderful. From the moment you walk in, everyone is polite, welcoming, and professional. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Emily, in particular, is amazing. She pays close attention to detail and really takes the time to learn exactly what her customers' toes, nails, and eyebrows need. Her work is precise, thoughtful, and consistently beautiful--you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her craft. In all fairness, not every place suits everyone, but it was disappointing to see such a negative review for a spa that provides such great service. I hope that anyone who visits and has a positive experience will take a moment to leave a review, because this spa truly deserves five stars. I'm greatful they accept walk ins. I had compared reviews from multiple nail salons in my area and 4H Nails seemed to be my best option. I had grown out my nails since March this year. They over filed my nails and only added gel after I requested powder. Maybe it was the language barrier. I'm not a nail artist so I'm not going to tell the nail tech how to do her job. I remember my nails burned under the UV light and that's probably because I had only gel on my filed down natural nail. The nail tech didn't seem to care, so I sucked it up and ignored the burn. Day 1, (Same day of service) slightly sore from the UV.. & my pointer finger nail chipped (a deep chip that forced me to cut off the nail to avoid further damage/ injury) because of how thin it was filed down. All my other nails felt weak. DAY 2, the rhinestones began falling off making my nails look tacky. Day 3, I've had to cut my nails because of how weak they felt when trying to open stuff, I couldn't change or shower confortably because my nails were bending by how thin they were. Not to mention the rhinestones scrape against my fingers when I wash my hands. I've hato file down the chipped off rhinestones because the piece that's still stuck onto my nail is sharp enough to pierce my skin. Day 4, my nails are now short (so much for growing and caring for them just to have to chop them off after a "professional" touches them. Never again. This review is to help other girls like myself that have natural nails. Emily shaped my one acrylic nail, the only one she put powder on, really pretty. I still don't understand why she didn't put powder on my other nails. My nails came out NOTHING like the color I requested. read more

I rarely write a negative review. I will never return to this nail shop. I get a natural nail mani/pedi, no gel to remove, no acrylics-simple. First, I asked them to cut my toes short-they did not. The polish was gloppy and did not cover my nails-and the nail tech thought he was done. The polish either did not cover or was on the nails with blobs and things in the polish.The polish on my toes had a big ding in it. They were going to send me out like that. Another tech came over and told me the polish was "bad". No idea why they didn't just ask me to pick another polish. She removed all the polish-despite the fact I told her I did not have time. I selected a new polish. She did pop not put base coat on my toes and there are still bumpy parts on my nails. By the time I left, I had been there 2 1/2 hours for a simple mani/pedi. She gave me a 10% discount and my nails are so-so at best. read more

Came in to try this new place. I would not recommend to anyone. This young er girl started my nails she took my old nail polish off then told me to switch seats to another lady to do the rest the lady filed my nails then did the acrylic Then had the young girl again file and finish with nail polish the girl started putting the wrong nail polish on. I asked what number polish are you putting on she told me the wrong nI said no it supposed to be a different number so she went and got the right nail polish and just put it on top of the other nail polish I told her I don't want them like that now I have one hand with the right nail polish and the other hand with two different polishes. So she went and drilled the double polish off and re did it but the nails look all blotchy. Will never go there again or recommend to anyone. Horrible read more

So im not big on getting nails done so just bare with me while i give my honest opinion. Had an amazing experience with this nail salon . Hannah answered the phone when I called and asked for a last min pedi and help me remove my gel / acrylic . Her and another kind woman took care of my nails . They made me feel very welcomed. How they did was ; Hannah didn't give me any trouble that I didn't want to redo my hands with a new gel mani . This made me feel very comfortable. When I asked to have my nail polish on my feet dry a bit before leaving , They were happy to let me stay in the chair and they brought the small fan over to me . WOW. I am beyond impressed with this place!! Extremely clean and nail techs are incredibly professional. I have extremely cracked heels which I'm very embarrassed of and have a hard time maintaining.
