Judy, the owner greeted me with a warm hug. She then escorted me to a room, pulled up a chair and we talked about everything you could imagine as it pertain to my body and my health. I sincerely appreciated that. So often companies are tethered to remain timely. I didn't feel that with Judy. She seemed genuine in her concern about me. She made some recommendations about what I should add to my diet, and different types of foods to consume, etc. I changed out of my clothes and the lights were lowered and the service begun with an easy to understand explanation of what would occur over the next hour or so. The lymphatic sinus detox was all of that! I kept my eyes closed during the entire treatment. She used all sorts of tools (none of which was anything but soothing) consisting of strokes and massages, stones and utensils....who know what?! But I can tell you this, it was magical! After the treatment, I felt like a younger version of myself. In fact, over the next few days I was even sleeping better! When she finally started playing, the music selection was awful, I honestly could've just plugged in my phone and done better. We also specifically requested a microphone for speeches, which only worked within a few feet of her table. The event was outdoors (which I made clear from the beginning), so that was useless. When I asked why she didn't have more music options, she said she couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, something never mentioned in the contract. Afterward, I reached out to Vinny, who apologized and promised a refund. That refund never came. Multiple emails later, still no response. The lack of professionalism and accountability was astonishing. I'll be disputing the charge through my credit card company, but honestly, I just want to save others the same headache.
