I called my insurance company several times and they stated every appointment had been paid. Satori argued stating no payments were received from insurance. After several weeks Satori found out from her billing company that in fact insurance company had paid as stated but none of the payments were posted. If Satori would have taken the time to look into the issue, she would have found out there was no issue!!!! But instead, Satori refused to let her massage therapists provide treatment. When Satori's notification system had a glitch and she was notified, she did nothing. Several people received notification that they had no upcoming appointments including me. No show fee was applied due to company error and services were once again interrupted until massage therapist waived 'no show ' fee. I had also purchased a red light therapy package hoping that would help alleviate pain. Satori constantly would cancel appointments last minute so this didn't help. One morning Satori called stating she wasn't coming into the office to provide the service because she wasn't done packing for her camping trip - total lack of professional and no concern for the client!!!!! I got a referral to one of the many other massage therapy companies in Whatcom County that accepts my insurance. I still had 8 visits left on my referral but decided to go to another well known local provider that actually cares about their clients!!!
