I have been going to Laura for massages for nearly a year now…read more I wanted to find a massage therapist that was really good, and would take the time to understand my needs. I was thrilled when I found Laura. She is lovely, a gentle personality, but very, very strong! Her massages are extremely effective. She finds the trouble spots and works them out. When I leave Laura's massage room, I feel relaxed, and invigorated. I recently went for a 90 minute massage, and loved it. It is a little more money, but so very worth it. I highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for an effective massage therapist who is a lovely person.

I never walk out of there feeling like she didn't "get to" a certain spot or that it wasn't enough pressure. And she remembers my chronic light-pressure spots, too. I saw her for some chronic foot issues (genetic bone fusion) and her work on my Achilles relieved some major plantar blockage for a substantial period of time-- my recollection being a few months!

I just got out of the Marines last year and ten years of being a Combat Engineer and multiple deployments took a toll on my body. Jordan treats all the areas I tell her are hurting, and even finds more that I didn't realize were sore. She's able to provide really deep pressure, something I like and haven't always been able to get from other massage therapists. Her ability to read your muscles and adjust pressure accordingly as she moves across your body is top notch. Some massage therapists make you feel like they're just going though a routine: this body part, then move to the next, etc. Jordan adapts to your needs, making each session unique. Like I said, she's really helped me a ton with muscle aches and stress, and I can't say enough about how good she is.

My masseur was completely tuned in to my body and comfortability level, checking in periodically, even though she really didn't even need to because she was spot on the entire time . She even explained some of the obscure areas that were strangely connected and loosened up spots that I didn't even realize were so tense. My body has never felt so limber and relaxed after a massage. I will definitely be returning, and I'm going to make it a 90- minute next time. :)

I called my insurance company several times and they stated every appointment had been paid. Satori argued stating no payments were received from insurance. After several weeks Satori found out from her billing company that in fact insurance company had paid as stated but none of the payments were posted. If Satori would have taken the time to look into the issue, she would have found out there was no issue!!!! But instead, Satori refused to let her massage therapists provide treatment. When Satori's notification system had a glitch and she was notified, she did nothing. Several people received notification that they had no upcoming appointments including me. No show fee was applied due to company error and services were once again interrupted until massage therapist waived 'no show ' fee. I had also purchased a red light therapy package hoping that would help alleviate pain. Satori constantly would cancel appointments last minute so this didn't help. One morning Satori called stating she wasn't coming into the office to provide the service because she wasn't done packing for her camping trip - total lack of professional and no concern for the client!!!!! I got a referral to one of the many other massage therapy companies in Whatcom County that accepts my insurance.
