I had 2 evaluations, 1 from my PCP Dr. Martin Valdes, Internal Medicine and one from my Psychiatrist, Dr. Liana Mendoza. Dr. Martin Valdes found the nodule on my throat, not may doctors have found it. He set me up with a sonogram, right there in the office - I don't have to go to 2 different places, and wait until the report is read. He gave me medicine from my intercystial Cystitis, which he knew about the disease. Very Impressed. Dr. Liana Mendoza was fantastic, since she read my digital file that I filled out prior to the visit, she asked me what can she do to help, and how was my medication working? I told her the truth, and she consulted me on the current medication, and made some suggestions. The medication was sent to the Pharmacy and ready in no time. I have my follow ups in 2 weeks, either virtual or an office visit. In between appointments, I receive a call from Melissa at Customer Service letting me know that if there is anything I need to please save her number and call her at anytime. I am glad that I finally found a place where the office personnel treat me like a person, not a number. I have made a new place me. I am confident that whomever goes there will have the same treatment as I did.

She spends about 10 to 15 asking you general questions she reads from a computer. Nothing personal, not comforting and yes you feel judged as she looks at you baffled at times. Your time is not respected at all. The office called when he was halfway there to say "Sorry, you can't come today because we are closed. Oops!". This is unacceptable for any business but more so for a facility providing mental health services. Mental health is delicate and there is a standard of care that needs to be provided not only by the Dr. but also their staff. Your staff is a reflection of you. Their incompetence reflects back on you regardless of your years of experience. I would NOT recommend this facility, AT ALL.
