I'm speaking from years of experience. Another bonus; extremely hygienic environment. There was no double dipping in the wax, everything was sanitized and Dina did the best job ever. She's a perfectionist neat-freak that's for sure. Just when I thought my visit couldn't be better; they throw in a voucher or a free manicure or relaxation massage on your next visit. A perk reserved for first time customers. I forgot to ask about the voucher but they remembered to offer it. I will be back time and time again!

I'll begin with the basics. The Clinic is clean (an ABSOLUTE requisite), quiet, and professional, with both Mens' and Womens' washroom facilities on location. On line, there are several extremely professional and competent, both male and female RMT's from which to select, for your personal treatment. Depending on the month of the year, booking a last minute treatment may be tricky, however, there is the option of submitting your name onto a waiting list. I've found though, that it's best to schedule a date in advance (and keep it) to ensure your treatment moves forward as planned. There is a cancellation policy fully laid out and explained, however, should you need to cancel your appointment. As expected, respect (with regard to cancellations) ON BOTH SIDES, is commonplace and is appreciated! I require "deep tissue" treatments, for which I am grateful to have found amongst this talented, Registered Staff. Not all RMTs perform this treatment. ALIGN BANK STREET Clinic also offers a multitude of different therapeutic treatments. . Not knowing any of the massage therapists, I simply chose one at random and lucked out with Marcus Kelly, a recent graduate. He was kind, professional, and had that easy Maritime way with conversation. We consulted on some stiffness in my neck and shoulders and he set to work. I had a wonderful experience and emerged feeling lighter and more flexible. He also gave me good tips about my posture. One thing he mentioned - a pro tip, if you will - is that if you book a massage with him at the Westin (the same company operates both sites), you get access to the pool and the gym also! After booking, I never received a confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the appointment had not gone through. Weeks later, I was contacted and informed that I had missed an appointment and would be charged a no‑show fee. I later discovered that both a confirmation email and a reminder email sent prior to the appointment had gone to my junk folder. To add to the confusion, I was also told that the system indicated I had clicked an unsubscribe link and opted out of communications, which I did not do. I only became aware of the emails after finding them in my junk folder. This further underscores how unreliable and unclear the communication process is. This highlights a systemic issue with the appointment platform that needs to be addressed to prevent missed appointments and no‑shows. I understand that the clinic has clear policies in place, and I appreciate that they attempted to offer the remainder of my appointment time before applying the fee. However, the platform does not provide fail‑safe, transparent communication for confirmed appointments--particularly for new patients. Until the system is improved to include explicit confirmation, redundant notifications, and clearer appointment status tracking, situations like this will continue to occur. Charging patients for failures stemming from the booking and communication system reflects poorly on the business. Unfortunately, as a result of this experience, I will be looking elsewhere in Orléans for a new massage clinic.

Ashiatsu sounded new and different and I gotta tell ya it rocked my world. Nicole is a total pro at what she does. You can tell how an RMT touches you their level of experience.
