Soul Alignment therapy revolutionized my life. I have a history of bad depression and anxiety, when I started this therapy I was on the verge of entering a very deep, dark abyss. I was desperate for help, the thought of going back on medication further fueled the feeling of doom. Truth be told I wasn't at all skeptical until I laid eyes on Bri. Then the skepticism hit me hard!! I thought, "what can this young girl do for me? how can she be connected to the spiritual world?" because all the spiritual teachers/healers I'd been to in the past were your stereotypical older and wiser types. It only took a few minutes for me to know that this woman had lived a thousand lives more than me, maybe more. I felt relief my very first session. I discovered truths I hadn't known. Truths from the time I was in the womb. How can I know these "truths" were truly that? I confirmed with my mother whom I lived those moments with. She was astonished and dare I say, almost relieved that she was finally able to admit these things to me and allow herself a minute to mourn and release. Prior to my work with Bri, I described myself as explosive, extreme, always feeling everything to the "nth degree". Now, my energy is much more leveled. What's amazing is that it has nothing to do with any type of behavioral modification of any type (I've had plenty of this type of work in the past). It's an internal feeling of peace and equilibrium. Even my bad days are tolerable. My anxiety level has gone from 100 to about 10. I can't say enough about my work with Bri. These sentences do no justice to what her guidance has done for me. I've never been to therapy or had a life coach in my life. I hit a time in my life where I was really thinking about going. I made an appointment and went - sitting there I wanted to bolt bc it's uneasy and the unknown was terrifying to me that I had to tell a stranger what's really going on with me. I am 25 years old, and for the majority of my life I have been suffering from debilitating stomach problems and very poor digestion. These stomach problems controlled my life; I was always nauseous after eating every meal or even just something as simple as an apple. I was also in constant fear of being poisoned by food, or throwing up. I had no idea where this fear and sickness was coming from, and I couldn't enjoy my life when it came to food. I had lost all hope and just thought to myself that I was going to have to live with this for the rest of my life, and almost to the point where I thought it was normal. But, I found Bri online and decided to see her. I loved everything she had to offer, and I felt an intuitive connection that I needed to go see her, so I followed that feeling. She is SO amazing, comforting, and understanding. She made me feel seen and validated, and that is something I have never had before. After two sessions with her, we did somatic work and my entire life has done a 180. The problems I had with my stomach have gone away completely, and I have cried of joy to so many of my friends and family at how my life has changed BECAUSE of the work Bri did with me. I have already gained six pounds back that my body needed! I have tried so many different things to try and remedy that issue (talk therapy, CBT, etc.) and nothing had worked until I went to Bri. I feel like a new human..... I came to Bri with exercise and stress related tension, hoping a massage would resolve the issue. I booked with Bri on referral from a close friend who was seeing Bri for Reiki massage. I have had many massages, which usually result in the same thing.... I walk out still tense after 60 or 90 mins. Within minutes during my first appointment with Bri she was able to loosen my neck and shoulders. The massage and energy work combo seems to be the only thing that works for me. Will definitely be recommending Bri to others but maybe not too many....
