When I asked how it's handled if I don't get the results that I wanted I was told by Dr.Adams that he would not do the procedure if he could not guarantee the outcome. I also looked into other options but they were cheaper and was told I would not get the outcome I wanted with those leas expensive options. So, I decided to go ahead and have the procedure done. Once I paid for my procedure and scheduled it the communication went downhill. This was kind of a red flag to me but they already had my money so I was going forward with the procedure. The red flags continued the day of the the procedure. First, I was given a hospital gown that did not even fit me so I had to ask for a different one. I was told by the nurse that Dr. Adams would come in and go over everything and listen to my heart and lungs and was told that I would get an u e pack and a snack after surgery since I was not able to eat the day before. Well, Dr. Adams came in and did not listen to my heart or lungs. Kinda scary considering the anesthesia. The nurse had me walk to the OR which was unusual as in the past I've been brought on the bed to OR. After surgery the nurse was on her way to bring me to the wrong recovery room. another nurse stopped her and told her she was going the wrong way. We finally get to the right recovery room and she sits on her phone. I had to ask for something to drink and ice chips as my throat was hurting and did not get a snack as was told I would. I also did not get an ice pack. On the discharge sheet there was spelling errors including my name spelled wrong and the parts for the medication times which were highlighted in bright yellow were not filled out. When I had my post ops I was not shown before or after pictures. Dr.Adams agreed that my results weren't what they should be. I would absolutely not recommend to anyone. It was nothing but a stressful and frustrating situation. I would suggest going elsewhere and seeing what other options there are out there and don't waste your money like I did. I'm sick about it.
