Thankfully there was someone sitting next to her who was able to answer all my questions and make me feel that she actually cared. I paid a lot of money for the tests that Karen felt needed to be done which is fine but the wait to go over the results is ridiculous! The test in themselves take around 3 weeks to get back the results and then your put on a waitlist to make an appointment to go over the results. In the meantime time is just passing by and you're suffering with no answers! They need a better system for appointments to go over results. We pay all this money and it just feels like we're put on the back burner while waiting for an appointment.

He's careful to take time with each patient and really listen to what is going on. Then he carefully decides the action plan, carefully selects the types of tests he needs to run to identify the root of the problem and utilizes the information to get his patients well from the inside out. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and deep down he IS genuinely a good person.
