Thankfully there was someone sitting next to her who was able to answer all my questions and make me feel that she actually cared. I paid a lot of money for the tests that Karen felt needed to be done which is fine but the wait to go over the results is ridiculous! The test in themselves take around 3 weeks to get back the results and then your put on a waitlist to make an appointment to go over the results. In the meantime time is just passing by and you're suffering with no answers! They need a better system for appointments to go over results. We pay all this money and it just feels like we're put on the back burner while waiting for an appointment.

A massage helped a little but I wanted to try something different to see if I could get relief quicker. Dr. Saleh is very knowledgeable and personable. He's quick with placing the needles, so before I knew it all needles were in, the tens machine was hooked up and I laid on the table for 30 minutes that way. He finished the treatment with a machine that helped break up the knots. All in all the treatment helped, but will require a couple more visits to ultimately fix my issue. It's practically impossible to obtain an appointment with your primary care physician in a timely manner, always 6-9 months out! Now apparently you cannot be seen in the office for the same issue within a 2 week window. But after finding out they have 2,500 patients per doctor I will be finding a new primary care doctor. I am consistently rushed during appointments and not heard at all. Pushing more medication at me that I don't want, I want resolutions not the pain masked! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE! I will however agree that Dr. Blu is absolutely amazing and it's a shame she's working at this office. Would love to change her to my primary care physician, but after my last experience I really am not comfortable remaining a patient there.
