I started with prenatal massages, which you can read about in my first review, and I continued to go for a monthly massage postpartum. You cannot beat the price. She has raised her prices a little, but you can still buy a package where each massage will end up being less than $50. This is absolutely amazing when you compare it to other places. She also always goes beyond the full hour. Usually massage places take away time that you undress and get into the bed. Not Valerie. I routinely notice that I leave fifteen minutes past the hour. I get cupping done and it helps loosen my muscles. I tend to work out at least five times a week and I'm terrible at stretching so I do this as a way to try to thank my body. It is so relaxing and healing all at the same time. Whenever people talk about going other places for massages I think you're definitely paying more for the same, or lesser, quality.
