I prefer a venue like this over a large stadium or arena concert since you can get a lot closer to the artist and see clearly. There's 3 levels total with the bottom level typically being general admission, standing room. There is an ADA section on the side, though, or at least there was at the last corner I went to. Getting in is a breeze. The security people know what they're doing and move everyone along swiftly, so even if there was a line, it would take less than 5 minutes to get through. I've found that every concert or show I've gone to here so far starts pretty much right on time. The music can get very loud in there so I would recommend having some ear plugs.

I think that I was there for like six hours and I paid under $12 so just be aware that it's going to be a cost but it's not that bad. Although I went during the week so maybe that had an impact on it but I'm not sure. The decor around the facility looks really good. It's very dark and rustic and a little intimate only because the ambiance is set to dark but it definitely fits. There are plenty of low lights and wine barrels around as well so that adds to the decor. You leave the bar area and go around to the back room where they have the stage at and then there are more dining room tables to sit at. Last time I went was a comedy show and actually it was pretty good so I can't have any complaints about that. They actually have a dinner menu when you're in the show area so there'll be wait staff that come around and take your order and drop off drinks as well. Now the drink situation was a bit much because it took them quite a long time for a couple of drinks. It wasn't like it was full so I'm not sure why but it could have just been a slow night at the bar so that is understandable. The drinks that came were good though so I can't take that away from them. I know everything you do there is going to be different but the show that I went to was really good. It was a comedy show. They had plenty of good comedians and they were really lively and kept the environment high. I know they have a lot of things here and I actually would go back to something else at the same facility because I had a really good time and everything was all good once you walked in the door.

Restrooms were clean. The only issue is there seemed to be no accommodations at all for people with disabilities. I was there with my kid who has had 11 surgeries on his legs in the last 14 years. There is no way for anyone to sit down and see the state which is a real and literal pain for my kid. I asked one man who was working there if there was an elevator available and informed him that my kid had disabilities (we've got the tag in the car and everything). He gave me an annoyed look and said no. Later I found out that the man was letting people with canes out a different set of doors. If only I had known that we had to flag our disabilities to gain access to ADA accommodation... Yes, my kid has a cane but he doesn't always use it because he doesn't always need it.

Also, the heater's cord was short, so we couldn't move much and had to stay right next to it. Maybe adding a second heater and a hot chocolate station in the igloo, along with some music, would make the space feel much cozier and nicer.

I think this type of venue is best for a certain type of show--for more active shows where one might want to dance or otherwise engage a venue like The Eastern is more fitting, but for a show where you're more of a spectator absorbing the music being played this one works very well.
